Ladies were smiling and friendly. .like coming home. Loved the beans and rice, chicken gumbo and shrimp po boy. Will go back. Only suggestion I have is develop a tasty dressing for the shrimp po boy....mayo just isn't right. Loved it!!!
Best lunch, hands down! 🙇 Home made tea is the bomb!! A bit pricy, but for the freshly, cooked portions it's totally worth it!! Plan to go here more often.
Tried this restaurant after seeing great online reviews about it. Â The food was amazing! Â We wanted REAL food, not fast food. Â Everything was delicious. Â There was so much food that we have some leftover for tomorrow! Â The people were very friendly. Â We got plates to go with no waiting in line! Â You must try this place. Â We will frequent it often!
What a great spot! We found this on "nearby places" when looking for a place to eat. We were traveling from Texas to Florida. The southern style food was amazing! The staff was so helpful, welcoming and fun! My husband had the red beans and rice, and I had the shrimp po boy. Have a big appetite because they don't hold back on portions! We also tried the fried chicken...Colonel Sanders has nothing on this! Yum!!

Awsome food!! My favorite is the baked spaghetti I could eat it every day! The baked chicken is my second favorite.
