The boudin burger is the absolute best. First time to Louisiana and this is the first meal we had. On our way to New Orleans but I doubt anything will beat this sandwich. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful navigating us first timers through the menu.

Absolutely a must stop on your way through Alexandria. The place was clean, restroom well stocked and the boudin balls are off the chain good. Hubby had catfish special and it was also great. Be sure to try their dry seasoning it tops off the flavor. Everything was top notch with service and staff.
