Every single time I've came through for a mocha frappe in the mornings, their machine is either broken or down for cleaning. Today I tried to get one and they had an attitude with me about the refund. I asked for the refund to be placed on my card since I had paid with my credit card, yet they called the manager up because they tried to give me cash and I didn't want cash back. It was refunded correctly onto my card afterwards, which is why I folded down my receipt so my card number isn't visible in the picture.
I usually do not have issues with getting mocha frappes any other time besides the mornings at this specific location. I would advise not coming here for morning pick-me-ups.

Its the original Alexandria, Mickey D's...I used to work at this one when I was 19 to 21years old. Very clean place when I worked there. Still clean today as well. People weren't as friendly but i can't judge one employee for that bc the lady may just have had a bad morning. Others were kind tho and Nice drive thru time as well. Inside was slightly longer but still fast.

They start serving lunch at 10:30. It was 10:27 and refused to service me lunch. By the time I got to the pay window it would have been 10:30. I had to drive back around to the window.

I asked the lady if they can put all the 3 orders of egg and cheese in the same container and I thought they used the plastic black container all my cheese is stuck to the box , it was simple it's not rocket science

When I want tea I always look for McDonald’s because normally they have the best unsweet tea, not this one! I’m sure this tea has set for a few days and soured instead of making fresh tea every day. It was NASTY

Normally this is my 2nd choice of McDonald's in Alexandria and tonight confirmed it's ranking in my mind. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with a medium chocolate shake for my daughter and a large sweet tea for myself.
I didn't ask my daughter how the food was but her chocolate shake tastes like it was vanilla and my sweet tea was unsweetened.

Every time I go !!! They mess my order up . While the new renovations are beautiful the service is not so great the pictures I have provided is a mushroom swiss burger from McDonald's there and there was no mushrooms I asked for extra sauce paid for it $0.30 did not get it and they just slapped it together and threw it in the box and it look like this.
