I tried calling this location 10 times right after I placed my order, and no one seems to be there or answer to update my order. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had at a potbellys. Slow, couldn't wrap the big sandwich ripped the bread and didn't even cover the whole sanwich with the paper. 3 people trying to do the same thing, and no one at the register, took his time with the order before us and then tried to quickly and badly make ours.

Potbelly is always such a great experience, especially this location. The food is delicious and everyone here is so friendly! One of my favorite places to go :)
