As I waited for my take out order, I noticed how the 2 guys working the counter were cleaning and frequently washing their hands. They were very conscientious about including utensils, napkins, & sauces for the take out orders. Polite, friendly. No apparent manager, yet doing the best job possible. Staff, being paid a good wage, help make a business successful.
The Pita bread and hummus is so good! Luna Grill no matter the location is so consistent in their health food and clean welcoming restaurants. This Aliso Viejo parking lot gets a little hectic with so many good places and restaurants in the complex, but everything else was great- service, and food quality. 5 stars.
This is one of the better Luna Grill locations I have visited throughout Orange County. It is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the quality of the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Whenever we are craving Luna Grill, this is the location we choose to dine at.
I went into my AV Luna Grill and have to repeat that they are super friendly. Angel, who's there a lot, always greets with a smile and I met Marco, who is also very nice. In the kitchen, Isabel and Aldo make sure everything comes out fresh and tasty. Thank you, all, and happy holidays!
Love the food and the service! My coworkers and I have been here a few times more recently and Alex is always very attentive and remembers our faces. It makes us feel welcome and almost like usuals. The chicken and gyro meat are always cooked perfectly and the atmosphere is just very wonderful. Definitely a great place to have lunch!
Service at this location is excellent! Justin and Alex make a great team. Alex was very attentive, took our order and gave some recommendations. The tables were well maintained and the place is always clean. Food service was quick and always flavourful. Definitely recommend this location in particular, look forward to eating here again!
Food was delicious! Would like for next time for them to include some napkins in my order and utensils not everyone is going home to eat their meal.

Great service makes a new costumer a returning one.
I ended up at Luna grill for dinner after a horrible experience at another place where the serving was too small and they were charging me extra for a shrimp dish on top of the price.
As soon as I walked in to Luna I was greeted, Angel was my the one who took my order, and was an absolute delight. His customer service was 100%, he went above and beyond than I expected the food was delicious, after that horrible experience I had at the previous place he definitely made my night.
I will be a returning customer just for that.

My first time going to this location AND trying mediterranean food in general was overall an AMAZING experience. The manager Alex was very helpful and recommended such great items and made sure to ask questions rather than just “assume” what I’d like. The workers also there were very kind and seemed to love being there and helping out. After eating, Alex made sure to double check on myself and multiple customers, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and their food. I will definitely come back again :)
I am not the kind of person to review restaurants but I found this restaurant very exceptional. The food was great. The portions were enough to get you full. The service was outstanding. There was one person in particular who was very helpful and also stayed and made sure I was doing great. His name was Alex, and he helped me throughout my time in the restaurant he respected everyone there and was very helpful towards everyone. I also found the atmosphere to be great. It wasn't dirty much, and everyone wasn't on other people's business or bothering them.
I found the food very excellent. My friend recommended this place to me saying the food was good. At first I thought he was lying but turns out it was really good. The service was excellent too especially Alex he was so nice toward me and stayed alert towards us to make sure we were doing great.
Came here for the first time last week. The food was amazing as well as the costumer service. Everyone was really nice but the manager Alex was notably the best. He was very attentive and helpful in every way. I will definitely be coming back
I just want to start off by saying how much of a joy it was to come to Luna Grill at Aliso Viejo. I never really expect top notch service from these type of restaurants but Alex was beyond amazing. He welcomed me and helped me out right away. The food tasted amazing as well. I will be coming back for sure!!
Was a good place to eat. My wife and kid like the plates we got. The Veggie kabob plate was delicious and not too bad on prices. Great customer services, especially Alex G., thanks. Would totally come back to try more! 5/5
I was visiting the area and decided to eat at Luna Grill. I received exceptional service and the food was spectacular. Alex in particular really drove my experience to be a good one, especially since this was my first time here. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Definitely recommend!!
This is the best Luna grill the chicken kabob is so delicious I go here all the time and highly recommended it
