Review Five Guys - Allen Park

I placed an online order of 2 burgers, fries, and a milkshake at 630. Got there at 645. I told the lady at the register that I was there for my order, she yelled to the cooks that I was there, 2 of the cooks acknowledged verbally. I watched 8 people come in and order, then receive their food before I did. I asked the person who was bagging the food if mine was ready, she said it's waiting on fries. Then I hear the manager say don't worry about those online tickets, let's take care of the people in here. I got the food finally at 725. Then i had to wait for the milkshake.. which the lady who gave me the food had to ask three different people to make, which took another 10-15 minutes. Never again.

Incredibly slow. Waited 40 minutes for two burgers because the team putz around and still had a wrong order. Didn't bring it up because we weren't waiting another 40 minutes to have it fixed. In the amount of time it would've taken to go to the bank and get cash, I could've had a Carter's burger from down the street and been home eating. The manager also had no sense of haste, she didn't even look like she knew what was going on. Will never go back. Not recommended.

When I pay $10 for a hamburger with 2 patties, I want both patties. Not just 1.5 patties. The way I see it you owe me money now.

Today was my very first time trying Five Guys and I have to say.... This was without a doubt, the best burger I’ve ever had! It was juicy, seasoned to perfection and a very nice size! I order the bacon cheeseburger w/ all the works.... lettuce, mayo, ketch/must, pickles, grilled onions and extra cheese lol. The Cajun fries were to die for also! I ordered through DoorDash and received my food very quickly. It was wonderful. Deserves 10 stars!

The one and only! 5 guys burger and fries is a Michigan based legend in the burger category! They make an old fashioned burger with an enormous amount of choices in the toppings section. They also have different types of hot dogs if your not craving any of their juicy burgers. Old fashioned shakes that are heavenly. They also have regular fries or Cajun seasoned fries. You can't go wrong with either choice! If your thinking about a burger for lunch or dinner, you gotta go to 5 guys and it will be assured, you won't be disappointed. 😍

I placed my order online at 5:30 got there at 5:55 tell me why my order was not acknowledged till 6:40 I literally sat there and watched my burgers sit there. They told me me I was waiting on fries even tho I watched people order and leave before me. I should’ve had them remake It I was so mad they literally did not even acknowledge me if you see someone standing in your store for almost an hour don’t you think you should be concerned?? as if they were ignoring me 😑

The food is good, the service is pathetic. Do not use DoorDash to order food from here orders are always screwed up and the management says there’s nothing they can do. Management might want to consider the look DoorDash is giving them and stop using DoorDash altogether. Customer service should be #1 not second to last. Just something to consider in the future.

I ordered food online and it said it would take 8 minutes. I knew that was incorrect so I showed up 35 min later and still had to wait 10 min. It seemed poorly managed, but not necessarily chaotic... just no sense of urgency among the employees. There was also a lot of confusion about online orders. What good is ordering and checking in online and if I'm still expected to tell the person at the register I've arrived. Or was I even supposed to tell the person? I don't even know. The process didn't have any rhyme or reason. I honestly could have cooked dinner at home between the amount of time it took between ordering and having my food. 45 minutes for two burgers, fries, and self serve soft drinks. Or I could have sat down at a restaurant and have been in and out in that same amount of time. But the Food was good though and they gave me an extra soft drink for the time I waited. I would have preferred more timely service but at least they weren't jerks.
