I placed an order on the app for pickup. There were about 5 people waiting at the counter when I got there and only 1 staff member. I was able to skip the line process and input a code from the app and grab my pizza straight from the warmer with no staff interaction, so I was out in no time.

Not organized. Employees not working together. One young man did not have on a cap dreadlocks everywhere no one had on mask but person taking orders
