Love how they stayed open after 9. Yes they close at 9. No they don’t this frequently. Customer service was great. Definitely recommend going to this cold stone.

The workers here are extremely rude. Me and my friend were really nice to them and we kept getting attitude for what ever reason. But the ice cream was good. We still left a tip because we are fantastic individuals but the customer service needs to get better.

Love Cold Stone-Everything is the best I get, along with my order for the grandchildren.

Requested Banana ice cream with snickers and caramel sauce. Young lady did not chop up the snickers. She just put It in my cup. Since I have braces I couldn’t even chew it. She appeared upset. I ordered an chocolate chipper cake, it tasted ok. The service was ok. The picture on the website looked different from the actual cake. This cake fed 8 people.

I am a senior citizen and there is snow on the ground. The Allen Park location advertised curbside or no contact pickup. I pre-paid and was outside and they stated that they do not do curbside. False advertisement!

The wait was horrible like 30 min and it was 5 employees there I think the manager was named Lillian and instead of helping a customer to getting everybody out it was one employee basically working and then the Mrg helped a little. Ice cream is one of those things you shouldn't have to wait 30 minu
