I have been here many times, always absolutely love the food. This last time was my birthday and the food came out pretty cold; I informed the manager Shawn, he fixed everything and gave us back the wonderful food we normally get. A wonderful restaurant with a wonderful staff.
HORRENDOUS, PATHETIC and WORST quality food and service ever. We ordered Fried rice, sesame chicken,Thai Lime clay pot and shrimp dumplings. The rice was half cooked. We started with chicken lettuce wraps, the usual. Also had vegetable spring rolls, which were just ok. Mongolian beef, extra meat, always excellent. Table was dirty, asked for it to be wiped down. Server was excellent: thank you Austin. In and out in under 30 minutes. Overall, very good.
Service is good. However, Food is more hit or miss, especially if you are looking for spicy things. What is listed as spicy is at the most, not-sweet. And that was after I asked for a 10/10 spicy. Maybe next time ill try 30/10 spicy, if there is a next time and someone else is paying for it. XD
An amazing experience at the PF Chang’s and Allen, I’m really nice atmosphere, and the food was great. The service was really good, we had Savon and it was his second shift and he was amazing. Loved the food and atmosphere
Poor service, forgot to bring the drinks from the bar, managed to bring them at the end of the dinner. Pf chang used to be on top of it but apparently they have lost it in time putting the profit over customer satisfaction. They do not even provide a 20 cent mask to their clients if you forgot yours
Pretty good for a chain restaurant. I think its like most chains some are excellent others leave you wishing. Excellent menu and service. This restaurant just isn't for me.
