We love to eat at Pei Wei. It’s inexpensive, high-quality and fast. As a matter of fact that’s my only complaint. Too fast when ordering an appetizer to eat before the meal. None of the staff can seem to figure out how to delay the main meal instead of serving the appetizer and mains at the same time. We now follow their suggestion and order the edamame and drinks. When it is served then I go back and order the mains. It’s the only way to enjoy the meal properly apparently. Most of the time the counter staff is mostly young high school kids so I understand.
I had the best experience today for lunch. I went to this Pei Wei and Jose waited on me. He was very kind and he took care of me with my order and then brought it out to me. I was a walk in order. Plus this location was the best Pei Wei I have ever had. So tasty and fresh. I got utensils with soy sauce and I never get soy sauce at other locations. It was an overall great experience. Had a yummy meal...I ordered the Family Sharing meal. It was a long wait, but got to meet amazing people. The meal was worth the wait. Loved the platter with the califlower rice,mongolian beef,noodles,special chicken,donuts....There was something for everyone.
The fortune cookie's were a tad strange. I guess Pei Wei has found a niche marketing campaign inside the cookies.
