The employees are very friendly always give enough ketchup lol food is great very delicious

Took about 15 minutes to get through the Drive Thru. My car started to overheat in the process (I had already been on the road for some time). Asked if they had sweet tea. Guy taking my order said yeah. Asked for sweet tea, emphasis on the sweet. At the window I asked the lady if it was sweet tea.

Umm so no cherry no whipped cream literally left braums because the line was so long now I feel like I should of just waited at braums instead of driving to jack real let down from the staff since it was not busy at all

The dining area was clean only once of the last 15 or so times I was in there. Also, the burgers used to be fresh, now even if l order at 11:50 am or 12:15 pm it seems as though the burgers have been in the warning drawer for hours.

I pick up for Uber Eats from here a lot, mostly at night. The night crew is awesome! Fast friendly and my orders never wrong! Also, personally speaking...the guy at night makes the best Oreo shakes, and I mean THE BEST!!!

I have been nauseous all afternoon after having a late lunch at this location. I almost cancelled my order when I pulled up to pay because the window was so disgustingly filthy - looked like months of greasy, dirty buildup on the glass. But we were starving. I had not eaten at Jack in the Box in
