I placed a window-pickup order but went inside to get it- not realizing how it would disrupt things. Despite this throwing a significant wrench in their operations, they were wonderfully accommodating and make it seem like no issue at all. Always fast and accurate too.
This is by far one of the best McDonald’s and not just because their service speed is good, the food is fresh, the orders are almost always perfectly correct, but even more so that they provide exceptional customer service and guest care for everyone who goes there.

Drive thru was convenient at night and I went inside to order and I think her name was Chris working up front and she was very friendly and I wasn’t even in there for 5 minutes while at other locations around Pittsburgh I’d be waiting in there for like 15-20
This was the greatest McDonald's I have ever encountered. Stopped in for breakfast and coffee while waiting for my car repair as it was right next door. I was pleasantly greeted by a lovely seniored lady at the counter. She was so very kind and sweet. I sat down and she came and asked if I needed anything else. I wanted to hug her. I noticed that this location had primarily seniored workers and guests. What a really nice experience here. Such refreshing service for this chain. I rarely eat at McDonald's, but am so very glad and grateful I did today.
Best ICED CARAMEL MOCCIATO w/ EXTRA SHOT ESPRESSO on the bottom ever made for me at a McDonalds! Give that employee a raise!
Always clean, always friendly cashier. Older woman, she's so sweet. Food is usually fresh and made correctly

I did a mobile order, and had set it for the curbside pickup. I pulled in, found my spot, told the app which spot I was in, and I waited. If I remember correctly, the total time I spent waiting was maybe eight minutes. Not only was the order correct, but the food didn't taste like it had been sitting there for a half hour. Very good service in comparison to other McDonald's.
