Amazing food! Even better service. Our server, Amir, had us laughing all the way through our meal. His recommendations were on point and the drinks made by Travis at the bar were perfection. I love a great gimlet and the Cetriolo Gimlet was way beyond my expectations. The Proscuitto Di Parma is a must try. The fried dough served as the cracker/bread on that dish is unique and so tasty. For the mains we tried the sunflower pesto pizza and the farfalle pasta. Both were great. The pizza was huge and the toppings were generous. It was unique and memorable! This place is a can't miss for a post shopping meal or a special occasion. Make sure you stop by Colletta when you visit Avalon.

Fantastic service (amir). Strong menu. Delicious food. At our table we enjoyed short ribs, stripped bass, risotto, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmigiana, tagliatelle with duck. Followed by the amaretto budino with salted caramel... Everything was delicious and well presented. Well timed service. Warm ambience.. worth every penny. Thanks for a lovely evening.

I just love this place from the atmosphere to the delightful front end hostessing to the excellent staff to the super managers but last but not least.........the chefs. The food is amazing! From the moment we step into the restaurant, you are made to feel welcome and special. The waiters are all so inviting, knowledgeable, friendly and so professional. It is a treat to dine there. Love this place!! Went here for my birthday and my boyfriends birthday. The environment is awesome, the food is amazing and the service is impeccable! Hudson always takes such good care of us behind the bar. Highly recommend for any special occasions or just a casual night out!

Last night was my first time eating at Colletta. It was truly one of the most amazing meals I have ever had. I will definitely be back & recommend to everyone I know! The steak was beyond amazing & the chicken parm was so good too. The deconstructed cannoli for dessert was out of this world!!

Another fabulous dinner last night at Colleta! Love this place! Definitely worth the wait that there always seems to be. Last night, we enjoyed the Burratta, Kale Salad, Short Rib, and Black Pepper Tagliatelle. All were amazing and the service was fantastic! Will definitely return soon.

I'm not the biggest fan of pasta but I love this place! I've been here many times now and I haven't been disappointed yet. I've ordered almost everything on the menu and my favs would include the meatballs, the pizza and most recently, the flounder special served in December. Pasta pics are dishes my guests ordered and they all enjoyed them as well. Ask for Julienne because she provided excellent service, great suggestions and a side of the best smile!

Incredible experience. Fantastic service and atmosphere (almost all the tables were full but the acoustics in the building were amazing - we could hear everyone at our table of 7 perfectly without shouting over the noise of a busy restaurant). And of course amazing food! The table bread was amazing, as was the bread that came with the burrata. The pasta was incredibly fresh as well. Would absolutely return if we lived closer. Everyone was happy with their food except one person whose chicken (he ordered the chicken Parm dish) was overcooked and dry. But I'll take one mistake out of seven dishes as a win, especially as so many restaurants are short staffed right now.

First timers with a group of 8. Nice atmosphere, open kitchen, prompt and attentive service. I had fish over eggplant with a half Caesar salad and a couple Proseccos. Fish was delicious and the eggplant was a different vegetable for fish. Wife had lasagna with a half garden salad and a Prosecco. She wasn’t thrilled with the lasagna. Noodles were limp over cooked and the sauce was dry. She should have gone with the pappardelle as recommended. We had no dessert but others liked the gelato. All in all a nice outing.

Colletta has the best Happy Hour! Wines by the glass and lots of food at deep discounts, including wood fired pizzas, cacio e pepe, home made meatballs and more! Great atmosphere in Avalon.

The restaurant is elegant and the staff is nice. It’s a bit pricey but totally worth it—the food is incredible, the mixture of different flavors and textures is absolutely stunning. Everything tasted fresh and the ingredients are of high quality. The presentation of the food was beautiful too. We had to wait quite a long time for the appetizers but then the entrees arrived too soon—we haven’t finished the appetizers yet. We had to wait quite a long time for the desserts too, but the manager came over to apologize for the long wait time and that meant a lot to us; we really felt like they care about their guests. Oh and the cocktails and mocktails are superb too!! The music was way too loud, though, we couldn’t really talk to each other. Highly recommended, can’t wait to go back to try more dishes!

While the food is delicious, this review is for our server JUSTIN who was absolutely amazing. We didn’t wait long at all to place drinks and food orders (and we ate on a Friday night), and he was incredibly attentive and friendly. He even made an extra attempt to find us a dessert that was sold out for the night. Wonderful experience!

This is my favorite restaurant in Avalon. The food and service are excellent here. My preferred item to purchase is the burrata. This establishment is constantly busy, so if you're interested in dining here, I recommend making a reservation in advance. I saw they have modified their menu and I must say I am pleased with the new options. This is a restaurant that I would gladly frequent. If you are reading this review, I strongly advise you to drive to Colletta immediately.
