Restaurant Holmes - Alpharetta - Photo album

Restaurant Holmes is serving up unique small plates with local fresh ingredients, a seasonal menu, and craft beverages in the iconic "The Jones House" in Alpharetta. Per sign in 1914: " 'The Jones House', a craftsman style home was built for Will Jones and his wife May Jackson Jones at a cost of $51
The drinks are always tasty. They're not overly alcoholic though. The octopus and corn (shown here) have not been my only flavorful options and I would recommend this place again. The vibe here is fun and whimsical but the bar is a little too cramped and doesn't seem as inviting as most places.
Beautiful big patio and EXCELLENT service!! Don was very attentive and friendly. The drinks are excellent & strong, but a little pricey ($15). We didn’t pay that much for drinks on the rooftop across the street where there’s a better view and in the sun. We were offered a special they had from a par
We have been to Holmes at least a dozen times; food is always awesome and drinks are amazing. My only concern is that on multiple occasions, the owner/bartender's (I think) children are parked at the bar playing video games. I love kids but not sitting at a bar (where seats are limited to begin wi
We came in tonight for dinner. I asked our waiter how the old fashioned was hoping for a real answer- he said they were fabulous- they were not. When we arrived i just felt the GOOD vibe of this place. Music, drinks, awesome, food top notch, it is as good as it could get, prices ..affordable, portions are in the large size (nothing wrong with that 😁), and service was very accomodating and always with a smile.I would say from $$ - $$$, depe
Steady Eddie is what I would call them. This, I believe, is my third visit. Sat outside each time, so not sure what the ambiance on the inside is like at all. Food is constantly good; service is consistently good. What's not to appreciate about that? I stuck with just appetizers this time, sinc
Reading other reviews about the cocktails was not my experience. The amount of wine is measured in a little carafe for $16. So I ordered a martini and it was served in a glass that used to be a champagne glass in the 40's. I wonder if the bar patrons are served better drinks.
