I am a vegetarian and when I went to this Wendy's today I ordered the Apple Walnut salad without chicken. The salad itself was good however they charge the same amount with or without chicken. What a rip off. Zaxby's not only lowers the price on their salads they also give me a senior discount.
When my daughter arrived home with our order, It was missing 3 Large fries…that is over $10 stolen from me. I called, repeated, no one would answer the phone…all I want is a credit to my credit card for food that I did not receive. Now, I will have to dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Messed up the order. Not sure why i got 2 spicy nuggets, my kids dont like that.
The buns all looked mashed and one was soggy like it was wet.
And they didnt answer the phone when i called to complain, hope i dont get sick from this place.
I've been to this Wendy's multiple times now and have yet to get my order right. Fries were only half filled. The chilli was only filled about 3/4 of the way, and my burger was not right. I will not go back to this particular Wendy's.
Fountain drinks from this location are DISGUSTING. Not sure if they need the lines cleaned or their filtration system is broken, but everything tastes gross. I avoid this location for this reason.
