I came here for the first time on 5/22/22 and we were blown away with the quality and service of this place! Me and my sister tried their taro boba and it was delicious and we ordered the house chicken, Mongolian beef, and orange chicken. These were the best I’ve ever had in my life! The food also was really quick and I loved it soo much! I would definitely recommend this place and will for sure be coming back!

Food is tasty... just comes out at different times... like 20 minutes for my late to come, then my husband's. Entrees came before appetizer. Great food, just timing needs to improve.

I used to frequently travel to China and Thailand set up manufacturing. My family and I know good Chinese and Thai food. As far as we know, we believe Panda Machi has the best Chinese and Thai in San Diego. The service is usually fast. The portions large. You get the entree and four sides. And the prices on the Luncheon Special Menu are shocking low--$5.00 to $6.85. Read their menu on their site. Try it.

Really good food. Good portions. I had the garlic shrimp with fried rice bowl. Short wait of 15 minutes to get my to go order. The almond cookies are a treat. They are traditional, but larger.
I will come again.

My whole family and I have been going here for years and this year they have been nothing but disappointment never coming here again. Along with other problems I have been having with them this is my recent problem - this is nasty waste of my money I am also pregnant and can’t be eating uncooked food. I’ve always gotten this roll and never looked like this. I called manager and she kept talking over me and was saying I didn’t want their assistance but in reality she was talking over me and my fiancé when it was my turn to explain my issue never coming here again. I’ll be telling my family as well not to come here anymore how sad. !

It's a little place. No fancy decor. Good food. The prices seemed high but I don't eat out often so I haven't been keeping up.

Our 20 minute wait for take away has now been an hour..... apparently if you don't dine in, panda machi could care less about you or your order. I would not recommend calling in an order.... especially if you plan on eating dinner the same day. Food is decant.

I bragged for weeks about how good the food and service was here to a group of friends. Worst time I've ever had there. Food and service weren't good. Maybe its because the guys were there instead of the ladies
