I visited when it was fairly busy but that's no excuse for how filthy the restaurant was! Trash cans were overflowing, drink station was a mess, customers cleaned their own tables, trash on the floor. Really inexcusable. In addition I was served the tiniest piece of chicken I've ever seen. It was supposed to be a wing but I certainly couldn't tell from looking at it.

They forgot my sporks and mashed potatoes and gravy then they were getting upset because I had to keep asking for things they forgot to give to me in my order.

This was the most disappointing meal I have had in a long time. The chicken didn't have that noteworthy KFC spicy taste, the breading was not crispy and the chicken was dry. This store does not offer the same special offers as the other KFCs in the area. The facility was clean and attractive. THUMBS DOWN

Very delicious fried chicken. One of the most consistent recipes around. Tastes the same as I remember back in the 80's. Service was good. Clean establishment. Nice setting.

Had to wait over twenty minutes for fast food! Only one person taking orders. Saw three other workers. Place had alone to the door several times over,as we waited . Girl told us the computer messed up and it happens when they get busy. Food was fresh but just too long. Probably about thirty minutes by end. Restaurant is often need a floor mopping. No napkins in dispensers. Time before this, food was cold and order wrong. That time was half hour before closing. Staff acted like they were closed and didn't want customers. Their attitude and lack of helping showed the worst customer service. Will have to drive to Lakeside or Else Cajon, in the future. Can leave their quality or service, to the hotel patrons. Eat at your own risk!!

I wanted to thank Drew and Salvador! Last weekend there was a mistake on and order. I was charged to much for food I ordered. I didn't notice for a couple of days. I called them and talked to Drew, he checked what he could do and made it right. Salvador called the next day and sent me the refund recipe for the transaction. I appreciate the good attitude and willing to help out a customer with out giving me a hard time!

The chicken popcorn is good! Crunchy and not too much breading. The place is clean and staff is nice. Good place to stop for lunch or a snack.
