Salsa Mexican Food - Alpine - Photo album

Ok spot for a quick lunch. Food was fine. Staff was very nice
Used to be my favorite taco shop in town. Not sure if they changed cooks or what but the quality of food has gone down hill. Ate there yesterday and had hair in my burrito. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but I doubt I’ll ever go back. Tapatios is better alternative.
Great food. Service was great. Restroom needed repairs. Had a machaca breakfast plate for lunch. I'm a hungry guy but couldn't quite finish it all. That never happens elsewhere.
Carne Asada Fries were fantastic!
They put onions in my carne asada they forgot one of my burritos. I asked for no lettuce and no Pico on my carne asada plate and didn't give me any guacamole. This place used to be good and now it is just horrible. Go to mananas or tapatios right down the street.
The food is very good, especially their beans and salsa. Quick service and nice staff. I do miss their peppers (no salsa bar due to Covid). I'd give 5 stars but they have started to charge extra for carrots and now no soda refills (order a large).
I heard they have a literal abuelita in the back making tamales so you know they’re authentic. Went in to try them and I was NOT disappointed. Very clean restaurant too. Very good customer service. Everything on point. Never been to a Salsa restaurant that didn’t wow me. Love this place!
Place looks great, they don’t have any bottled water yet it’s advertised for sale. Carne asada French fries without the carne asada remains the same price. Now, that won’t necessarily keep me from ordering what I prefer to eat but everywhere else I go to modifies the price with no questions asked. F
