We came in 2 minutes before closing to get 2 coffees. Even though the employees were probably tired and were about to close, they still gave great service and made our coffees without any problems. Thank you so much!!!!
I had to come on here to leave a review because the service was so friendly and I had no clue what to eat so the young lady at the register surprised me and I am so happy with what she chose. And she even left a cute little “surprise!” Message on the bag🩵
Staff always greet my wife and I when we arrive, which is partly why this is our favorite Starbucks. Not to mention how quickly they make our orders! Never let’s us down!

Only Starbucks I repeat visit because my coffee is always made perfect here. I don't know what kinda magic the baristas are doing but this is the spot. Also employees are very personable & fun to chat with. The Chocolate cream cold brew is the best.
This Starbucks is great, drive through and dine in are awesome. Sure it's busy at times, but...everyone is always happy, eager to help and my orders are always 100% right.

Being a jacket it’s super chilly inside! Noticed not by just me, but three others. One pair of ladies got their drinks and dashed (mentioning how cold it was inside). A teenage girl sat in a corner rubbing her arms (hardly able to enjoy what she ordered). Aside from that the barista‘s worked quickly and efficiently. My hot chocolate and pink drink were both made correctly, and tasted delicious. My other half loved the cheese danish.
The barista team is what makes this starbucks awesome. Order is always right and it's super impressive when most of them know your name and you always mobile order. Love coming here! Fav Starbucks in altamonte area.
I would give them 4 stars because service is technically fast due to not having a drive thru but I'm not always acknowledged. Smiles go a long way😁 Sometimes they have Uber orders ready fast sometimes they don't acknowledge it's a inconsistent experience as far as customer service as far as friendliness.
I like the outdoor area they just updated to new chairs ( not as comfy) but the other ones we're falling apart. No area inside to really sit but outdoor is perfect to read a book. I just hate when other customers smoke but other then that it's never over crowded here.
While there wasn't a drive through, it was one of the quickest turn around I've had in awhile! I got the pink drink and a salted Carmel cold foam cold brew for my hubby. My bacon gouda sandwich was delightfully warm and the batistas here were charming!

Let me begin by saying Thank You to all the baristas and staff at this Starbucks location. I’ve been coming to get my daily dose of caffeine here for a little over a year, religiously, and never once have I ever been upset or disappointed by the efficiency, accuracy, and the excellent service that was provided to me. Drinks are always tasty and perfect! They never miss! This is my favorite place to go and luckily it’s close to my job! Well-deserved praise has been long overdue. Staff are super friendly, and make you feel like family. They’ll have your name memorized if you come regularly. Even during peak times and seemingly understaffed instances, they hold it down! Hopefully, those who might be reading this are dissuaded by other customers’ complaints by how “slow” service is when those customers are the ones already in a rush because of their lack of time-management and understanding of what retail life is about during those peak yet understaffed instances— …place an online order ahead of time when you know you’re in a rush…- I always do, and I’m rarely ever waiting in line. And again, thank you all for continuously being amazing!

This Starbucks is freaking awesome! The baristas are so friendly always in a good mood! I love to come get my morning coffee here. Even though there is no drive thru, they stay busy but do have your things out eventually.
