My go to for healthy eating in the food court. I love their salads and the mix it up deal is a great way to get a little of everything for a good price. The employees there are always very nice and remember my "usual" order :). Daniela and Hoover always make it a pleasent visit and are quick. The manager Oshar is very nice as well and keeps everything running smoothly. Great work at the Altamonte location!
I went during lunch time and ordered a kale smoothie. Hoober was very fast in preparing my order and Oscar was also friendly. Not to mention, the smootie was delicious.

I've wanted to try this place out for some time and it did not disappoint. Had the Carnitas Protein Bowl with the Hawaiin Crush Smoothie, not only were they good but also filling. The service was great and I will be stopping by again on my next visit for sure.
Friendly employees and delicious healthy food. The three-cheese and tomato melt is great. Not sure if they have vegan options but this place is great for vegetarians. A+
These guys Uber and Oscar are the best in customer service and the Mediterranean wrap is delicious. The mix it up option is the best if you want soup meal and dessert. My healthy option ta the Mall 😋
This place always has at least a few people in line. It might take a little longer than some of the other places in the food court, but it is for a good reason. The food is fresh and delicious.
I work at the Dillards in the mall and this Natures Table is the main place I always end up going to for lunch. If you're in the mood for something healthy but still delicious, definitely try the Carnitas Bowl. Let them know some dude that worked in Dillards recommended it to you and they'll get a laugh out of it... might get you a little extra *wink* ...maybe Not but it's worth it. Ask for Annette and Hoover

Smoothies here are a little slow, but always very tasty. Staff is really friendly as well.
Enjoyed their selection and the experience in the restaurant overall was very good.
