Had an incredible lunch experience at this location! Alison, the staff member who took our order, was amazing. She ensured we got exactly what we wanted and exhibited great patience as we navigated ordering with kids. The chef was equally accommodating; when we accidentally ordered the wrong item, she fixed it with a pleasant attitude. A delightful combination of excellent customer service and delicious food. Highly recommend this spot!
I occasionally buy a classic ham or classic turkey sandwich here, and the taste of the sandwiches are great. I would say the price of the sandwich is a bit high (currently at $8.49/each), but the taste is good.
Classic ham comes with mayo, a honey mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, ham, on a croissant. The turkey sandwich is similar, except it's on a roll instead of a croissant.
Ordered ahead as I always do during the holiday season. Sevice was quick and friendly. In and out in less than 15 minutes. I'll be back !
The sandwiches and the broccoli salad is amazing! You should also try the rum bunt cakes! The ladies that work there very very good people!
Loved my first time at this HBH! Jeremy was super helpful, thorough and the BEST part he got all 12 lunches spot on. Not one single error in the order. I strongly recommend anyone who was delicious sandwiches and food, to stop by and see Jeremy and the team in Altamonte Springs. I cannot say it enough..... AWESOME! I am coming back.

As it happens, I visited this Honey Baked Ham location twice before the Christmas holiday. I am not usually the one to pick up the hams and I had heard nightmare stories of long lines and rude customers so I was concerned. I ordered our ham online and made an 8am appointment since I am an early bird. There were only a few customers quickly in and out as I parked. I was greeted at the door by a security officer and a staff member. They told me which queue to go in and I was assisted quickly and professionally.
The next day I also went right about 8am to pick up my in-laws ham as they were not well. They had a gift card for an 8lb ham. They were out of 8lb hams so they gave me a larger one and refused to let me pay the difference. This day I waited in line for a while but enjoyed nice conversation with people around me. Both experiences were very pleasant and I definitely recommend The Honey baked Ham Store.
I was in the store once on the way to the hospital to visit a friend and I purchased a sandwich lunch to share with my friend. It was perfect and something out of the ordinary for the summer. If I was in the hospital and someone brought me a ham sandwich from Honey Baked Ham Company I would love it! 😉🐽
Went during that Thanksgiving craze. 1st time purchasing ham and turkey. I was not disappointed. This helped make my Thanksgiving a better day for me as I was able to focus on my sides and family without slaving for the day
Stopped by for a late lunch. I was greeted by Jeremy who provided top notch service and made delicious sandwiches.
We made a prepaid order and pick up couldn't have been easier! Sweet helpers on the line and great attitudes. We are visiting from out of town and this was a great experience!

I've been buying ham and turkey for years at HBH. They also have a lunch menu featuring great sandwiches. The side items are yummy!
