The young lady assisted me with the sign up for the rewards program to the point I had to call back and she completed the rest as she promised. The sub was made to perfection and the sanitary upkeep displayed was to my liking.
I went in for lunch and had the pleasure of being helped by Bill! When I walked in there was only one person in the restaurant and 2 employees. As I sat there it quickly got busy and bill was now the only employee. She greeted everyone and was friendly the entire time. Even though he was alone he made sure to keep checking on everyone in line. After 30 mins of Bill being alone, another employee walked in to help him but she was not dressed in her uniform and had to go in the bathroom to change. It is hard to find employees who stay positive during times like that but Bill did an amazing job!!

Walked in to pickup my girlfriends mobile order and in the 30 seconds i was in and out i could feel the energy and good vibes in this store, great people, they smiled the entire time and were super friendly! not used to this quality of people anymore was a nice refresher on my day
I walked in the door and upon seeing me the staff recognized my face and made my favorite sandwich. The service and the food here is always great. Heartily recommend to all sandwich lovers!

Can never go wrong with a sub from Jersey Mike's. My only complaint is that they no longer serve Meatball subs.
Walked in on a non-busy hour for the first time. The store was clean, chill & smelled like a sub shop should - good food. I was craving a good Chicken Philly & Luis made it to perfection! HATS OFF TO THE CREW! Luis, keep up the awesome-ness! 😩😌🙌 Excellent first time experience!

In my experience fast food is hit or miss. I am here on average 2 or 3 times per week. The crew that usually works 2nd shift does not have that 'I hate my job' feeling. They recognize the regulars and not-so regulars feel like family and have the first-timers coming back for more. The atmosphere is worth the visit alone.
Not usually a fan but the philly steak was amazing .
Both our subs were amazing! It was my bf's first time so I wanted him to eat it there, fresh. I got the regular philly and he got the chipotle philly and he couldn't stop raving. I told him we'd get the giants and bring half home for later, but he was convinced he could eat it all. He was wrong. So we have some for lunch tomorrow!
I have not purchased a sub here in about a 6 mo this since I switched jobs and work in a different area. Stopped in today to make a special order for a workplace and not only did they remember me but Christy and Jennifer were so kind and helpful it’s like I never left. Fast, Friendly, and efficient. The food was excellent the customer service top notch. Highly recommended
The Big Kahuna is the BEST Philly you’ll eat. Their food is always fresh and delicious.
Love the fact they slice the meat and cheese to order, can't get much fresher than that! And the subs are awesome. They also have a gluten free bread option.
