Coffee was fresh, meals were delicious, eggs cooked to perfection. Great service, wish we would have got our waitresses name, but will definitely be back in look for her section! Very clean establishment.
We ordered our food when it came out was all cold. I asked to see our waitress and told her our food was all cold. She asked if we would like for them to remake the food and I said absolutely please that would be very appreciated. Which they did remake our food. Another lady asked if we were waiting
Went here with my 2 daughters. Hair was found in my daughter's Burger and all 3 of us ended up sick to the stomach after eating here. I gave them 2 stars because the staff was very friendly and handled the hair situation very promptly and professionally including not charging me for that item.
Our waiter was awesome. He did great the problem was we got there at 11 got sat at 11:05 got food at 12:20. My food (the spicy skillet) was so cold and gross. Didn't even eat the whole thing. The others food was alright just had a bad experience.
Never received napkins. 2 of 4 meals were wrong, didn't receive any sauces ordered, didn't have silverware until 5 minutes after receiving meals. Service was horrible. This was on a Sunday night at 9pm. Not busy but messed up nearly everything
When we entered, the hostess was not available to seat us. 4 different employees walked by without greeting us. After we were finally seated, they did take our drink order right away and deliver them. Our waitress took our order and we never got our appetizer. It took over a half hour for our food (
Do not go here....Unfortunately, I can't give this location a "zero!". We tried to go here for breakfast and yes they were somewhat busy, but we were seated with menus & nothing!
The service at this location has gone completely down hill and they will be the next restaurant to close in Altoona!
