Old Carolina Barbecue Company - Altoona - Photo album

Got a ton of take out there yesterday for a family of 3 and it was excellent! The ribs held a true bite like they should. The brisket salad my wife got for $9 is a bargain in today's economy and will last for a couple meals. My boy devoured the mac and cheese. The vinegar slaw paired well with the p
The only reason I am giving this business three stars is because the staff was super friendly. The chicken wings were too salty to even eat. The chicken breast was dry. I was unable to taste any smoke flavor on any of the meat. The only thing I would order again was the fries but I don't go to bbq r
I can't tell you enough how amazing their food was! Tender and perfection! My family took a vacation and they delivered fast hot food! I wish we had one near me! Order! You won't regret it! Oh and get the banana pudding, you won't be disappointed!
This place was so clean and friendly. The food was bursting with flavor and the meat melts in your mouth. The environment has a down home feel too it and the workers are so helpful and fast. They nailed our order and kept checking to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this wonderful

I really like the food here. I’m an avid customer. Friendly employees and a clean environment. The Carolina sampler is my favorite platter. I also really like the Ranchero Hot Dogs.
I feel like this meal should've been packaged in a container half the size. This is considered a "plate". Meat was dry, portions were tiny, very expensive for what you got ($22?!), cornbread was one bite. I won't be going back.
