Very disappointed with the service. I placed a large online order for my family and I to celebrate my birthday a few hours before scheduled pick up. When I arrived there at my pickup time, I stood at the counter for fifteen minutes before anyone acknowledged me. So although I scheduled a food pickup well In advance, I still had to wait twenty minutes after my pickup time for the food. The same thing happened last year from the same KFC. Next year we’ll be getting food from somewhere else.

I ordered online, went through the drive through and they told me to go inside the store. That was totally fine! However, I got in there and there was no name on any of the orders, now I don’t know what all was packed in the bags or if there were other orders there. Went to ask a worker and a lady walks right past me, looks at me and keeps walking. I end up taking everything and when I get home the chicken is soggy and falling apart, they didn’t even give us the correct chicken or the rest of our order. I will be contacting the franchise

The chicken tenders were super salty and the fries were super soft and slimy
They filled our soft drinks so full that when we put then in the cup holder and started driving away they started spilling out of the lid and off the side of the cup.
It got all over our cup holders and made such a mess

Placed a pricey order and we’ll pick up is supposed to be at the lobby but they closed 10 min after my pick up time they gave me. It was very confusing so we went to the drive-thru and they were so rude.

Disgusting service. My grandmother ordered a day ahead of time, showed up at the scheduled time, and they told her that "Most people don't show up at the scheduled time, so we gave your food to someone else. Please wait while we remake your food." It took nearly FOURTY MINUTES for them to remake her food. No apology, no discount, not even a free drink or coupon. This store needs to fix their bs!

As if it's not bad enough you can't go inside to order, therefore allowing time to view the menu & check your order, but I was totally ripped off!! I ordered the 3 pc Big Box (I'm not even so much concerned about the price difference from their online menu and the ACTUAL price), but for over $9 I was given only 2, puny little pieces of chicken (2 pieces would have been a $5 box!! And I wouldn't have been all that surprised at the size of the pieces for 5 bucks). HUGELY disappointed. Inconvenient AND unacceptable.

Been to this KFC 5 times and they literally haven't got our order correct once 🤦♀️ sometimes it's something small, like missing the biscuits or an incorrect side... other time we're given the entirely wrong order.. we've been screwed out of decent amount of money from this, so gotta give two stars since the only thing they have going for them is being the only KFC nearby lol

Girl taking my order was rather huffy. $35 for a tenders meal and they didn't give me any of the sauces. Not driving 30 minutes back to get sauces. Oh well, should know better than to expect the bare minimum of service these days and double check everything.
