My husband and I stayed at Prairie Meadows for New Years and we decided to eat breakfast here.
We were greeted by a staff member standing behind the baked goods case on her cell phone who treated us as an inconvenience to her cell phone usage. We waited for her to wait on us and the entire time she was taking our order she had her cell phone in her hand.
This is not good customer service at all.
Excellent . Quick and friendly service. Reasonable price and food very tasty. Definitely I will be back soon .
Pretty good food and very cheap for a casino hotel. Had breakfast two days in a row..they couldn't get soft scrambled eggs figured out but everything else was fine.
The food was good the coffee was bitter other than that we had a good experience
This is in the casino but has it's own entrance. The food was good. The place was super clean.
Great fresh food and even better service! Especially love the creamy potato soup, battered cod, and loaded tots! Cookie dessert is fantastic too.
