Worked a 12 hour shift today and went to panda express to get a quick meal because I was too tired to cook paid $30 for my meal and didn’t even get my main course. I’ve been here multiple times and every time it is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant the service is really horrible and the people are super rude.

We rarely go to Panda Express and this is a great reminder why. If you want to pay $8 for 5 grains of rice and a few pieces of meat with only half the bowl filled. This is your place!

Two stars for the decent food.
Set in the drive up line for 20min.
Was told the didn't even have enough food to fill my order 30 min before they close. You would think them knowing they are going to have a rush on a Friday the would prepaid more food to get the customer taken care of. Thanks Dragon House for taking care of me.

Ordered through doordash and then panda express canceled our order. This was at 8 at night. So decided to go get it. Got there at 8:20 and the doors were locked. So hopped in the drive through and waited. Food was good, normal panda express. Just really would have liked it delivered so we didn't have to go get it.

Just a little disappointed. I tried to Doordash and order got cancelled. This was over an hour before closing. So drove to the restaurant. At this point closing was between 30-45 minutes. The doors were locked to go in. But yet people were inside eating. I get it, maybe short staffed. But communication is the key. We did end up going through drive-through and the food was great.

Went in to sit down and eat. The furnace must not be working because it was about 50 degrees inside. I asked what the problem was and the gal behind the counter basically said too bad. Most of the employees were wearing their winter coats. Just close the dine in area down if it’s that bad. Asked for extra sauce and was given attitude about asking for more. I love Panda Express but I’ll never be back to this location!

On several occasions, they have not had the meal I requested, even with a limited menu. Today, I waited 15 minutes in line to place my order and was told they did not have any string bean chicken or honey sesame chicken. They then suggested a meal I am not interested in. They also do not have signs on their doors stating their dining room is closed. I observed several people park their vehicles and yank on the door only to walk back to their vehicle and get in the drive through line. Customer service is dead.

Ordered through DoorDash dasher was awesome but come on Panda Express my chicken tasted really funky and heavily burnt didn’t taste good at all or fresh the rice tasted old as well I barely touched it and I hope I don’t get sick from it waited all day to eat since I’m pulling a 12 hour shift but I take that back it’s a huge shame to cause I am a big paying customer worse chicken rice I have had and can’t get the taste out of mouth words can’t describe it 🤢🤢🤮
