I ordered a Trenti strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice. I received my drink half full of ice. I let they know, the lady state “let me remake it” & let me keep the drink. Which I thought was nice until the other lady comes up to grab and remake. I let her know that the other lady said I could keep it and she rolled her eyes. She then remakes my drink puts it on the counter and does not let me know. I buy this EVERY SINGLE day. I know what it looks like, after 20 mins of waiting I asked “when will my drink be ready” And she said “on the counter” I look pick it up and said “this looks nothing like my drink!” Sure enough tasted like complete lemonade! I’m So frustrated that Starbucks allows this store to do this! Igo to merle hay daily they are 100xbusier & I have never had an issue! I took a picture of my drink below which is completely orange/yellow when it is normally pink!

Probably the slowest Starbucks I have ever dealt with. 5 people working every time I go in here and somehow my mobile order is never ready when I show up. What’s the point of a mobile order if it’s not going to be ready when you arrive? This isn’t a one time occurrence.. it’s constantly. Need better management.

I prefer corporate stores over ones owned by Hivee or other grocery/gas station companies… I’m not sure how those other companies compensate their employees, but I do know how Starbucks corporate does. And it shows! Everyone is always pleasant and well trained. Such a relief to walk into a place, get exactly what I ask for, and served with such pleasantries that don’t feel “fake nice”… just actual nice people making good coffee, consistently. Thank you.

Opening at 8:00 am after most people will already be at work makes no sense to me and basically means I won't be able to ever get coffee here on the way to work (when I need coffee). Opening, at the latest, by 7:00 should be standard for all coffee shops. (Staff and coffee are good, but the opening time basically erases all positives about this location.)

Avoid this location.
Drinks are often prepared incorrectly and take too long to make (e.g. 15 - 20 minutes for a Refresher).
This review is not based on a single visit but rather daily visits for a week when I'm in town visiting my mother a few times a year.
I'm finally giving up on this one.

Do not pay in cash. They don't know how to count change. I've had two separate instances where the drive thru person gave me the wrong change back. The last time, they didn't even say sorry and blamed it on me. A cashier's job is to count the money they are given. This place is seriously lacking in customer service.

Sat in line for 20 minutes only to receive the wrong coffee. No tag on it so of course I didn't know until I pulled away. Tried to call but the phone number is registered to Target not Starbucks on 8th. Very annoying that I can not return for the right thing. This is why the tags are important.

I usually try to stay away from Starbucks because they're so global & corporate but the one thing I can't get enough of is theie bacon & gruyere cheese bites and the dragon fruit refresher with lemonade. It's the only thing during the hot summer that will quench that thirst. But don't forget to add the lemonade or it tastes like berry water
