Good food was hot! Customer service was on point.
Repeatedly stated that all McDonald’s restaurants quit serving sweet tea past 8:30pm. Cashier was actually upset and arguing over this simple request. The McDonald’s across town served us sweet tea with out any hassle and they received a 5 star review.
This McDonald's is better than the one that's on Euclid. The only reason they get three stars is because sometimes the cooks are lazy and they don't make the food correctly.
They mess up every time. Our food is room temp. Fries are half filled. This Is the one on 8th st across from Walmart. Plus should not have to assemble sandwiches to be all on the bun.
Very rude customer service here my wife went inside and the employees were very rude and honestly nobody wanted to answer the drive through idc who has short staff you can handle your employees better the cussing uncalled for.
We had a wonderful experience here. I don't normally expect such professional, courteous service from a fast food joint, let alone McDonald's. Jennifer and Margaret were a wonderful help! two times in a row they completely messed up our order, took 45 min to fix and forgot the chicken in two of our mc chicken sandwiches. one man got snippy with my wife and snatched a sandwich out of her had that was the completely wrong one. they "fixed the situation" with a voucher for 2 MC chickens
The food was cold they didn't give us our two drinks and it's supposed to be really hot instead of it being cold the food is and we didn't get everything that we were supposed to get nice spent close to $30 in there and so far they haven't done anything about the cold food at all for us
