What can be said about one of my favorite restaurants on the PLANET?!! The food is delicious, creative, and filled with "good vibes".
The freshest ingredients, combined with such care and culinary expertise. The environment, the space itself, is clean and beautiful-- an exquisitely high vibration. And the food.... it's the ultimate in "comfort food " for so many of us who are devotees!
Enjoyed the kardamon cafe and seating outside close to the train station.
Returned back to taste the food. Light dishes, not authentic Indian though.
Staff remains rather impolite - shame!
If you’re looking for authentic Indian Dosa then this isn’t the right place. Dosa from this place is very westernized & it tastes good. The filling inside the dosa was super packed with flavor. We tried Coconut Chicken Dosa & Chicken Curry Dosa, both were delicious & very filling. The coconut chutney on the side was good but I didn’t like the mango chutney which comes on the side as well.
Really liked the choice in Dosa's. Food was good and portion size was respectable. Laid back local place with a nice relaxed vibe. Not a place to sit and linger as tables and seats weren't comfortable but still OK to sit and eat your meal. Staff friendly
Great, clean restaurant with an awesome menu. We are here twice in one week. It's reasonably priced, delicious and unique!
Great service, and great food! It was absolutely delicious. I’ll be coming back. I highly recommend it.
I love this place. It’s a great combo of healthy and delicious. Different than any restaurant in the Hamptons. They say 1 person could eat one by themselves but honestly they are big. I’d say 1 person could eat 3/4. I guess 1 but you’d have to be very hungry
It is one of my favorite places when I visit, good price, good food and beverage. I’ve been coming here before they moved to this new location. Even though I liked the other location this one is conveniently located next to East Hampton Station.
Great place, local institution. Everything is excellent from food to coffee to lassis. Only place like it on Long Island. Preferred the setting when they were based out of Amagansett but they didnt miss a beat when they moved to East Hampton.
Interior is a bit non-descript..
We stopped here on the way to Montauk and I am obsessed with this place! The recipes are great...delicious flavor combinations. The dosas are soooo filling! We went back two separate days for lunch. I absolutely recommend. I wish you would open up stores in Nassau so I could still enjoy! The cardamom coffee was so good. While it may not have that "zing" you get at other Indian restaurants, I actually think the more mild flavor combinations are extremely satisfying and easy on my stomach. There is nothing wrong with something different, especially when it is really delicious!
