We stayed here recently and it was absolutely the finest resort we have ever been to! The resort and the grounds are exquisite! The staff was amazing! The kids had a blast as well. There were tons of great activities the staff put together including, a shark teeth find and smores by a campfire. We can't wait to get back for another visit again soon. To all the staff and management at Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island, thank you for making one of our most memorable family vacations ever!!!

I can't give enough stars. This hotel is so beautiful and the service is beyond compare. Alison, our poolside waitress was fantastic, especially dealing with my 6 & 4yr old niece and nephew. Joe was an awesome poolside attendant, sunglasses cleaner and snake wrangler! On the club level, Joni and Kathy went above the call of duty providing me special dietary food options and just being all around fabulous people. They are some of the warmest, kindest people I've met. The other staff did an amazing job as well keeping everything spotless and well stocked. Jojo provided me a much needed, thorough massage and the Spa facilities were luxurious and also spotless. It was extra special having a separate, salt water pool to enjoy. The shower pressure in the Spa and guest rooms was awesome and all the food we had was so delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The kids loved the game room. Ok so did we adults! This is a family friendly resort with lots of activities for everyone with excellent attention to detail. I had a game changing tennis lesson with John and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for tips to improve. He is amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, it lived up to the Ritz reputation for quality.
We had a fabulous weekend getaway at the Ritz. We enjoyed being papered with full spa treatments, scrumptious meals, delicious desserts and full bar. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very attentive. We topped the evening off enjoying listening to the waves crash against the sand from our balcony. This was not our first visit nor will it be out last as we try to stay on property when our schedules permit. Thank you for another fabulous visit.

Beautiful resort!!! Amazing for children. Extensive kids activities with Ritz kids and a beautiful fun splash pad. We had a great time and rooms are lovely. We can't wait to go back. Josie at the club lounge makes you feel at home. ;)
We had a wonderful experience at The Ritz. The rooms are incredibly charming and the service is impeccable! Every aspect of the space caters to relaxation. One of the highlights for us was our experience in one of the poolside cabanas. Maria, the associate that took care of us there was warm, incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for our family. She was especially charming with our toddler!
We will be back for sure!
My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at this property! All hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They placed us in a quiet room with an ocean view and treated us extra special when they learned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The property is in a great location! We enjoyed a morning walk with the Naturalist and the food on property was great! We had a great stay!
We really can’t say enough great things about this place. The service is impeccable. The facilities are top notch and the location is gorgeous. What really stood out was the exceptional level of service given by the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Yes, it’s crazy expensive. But they definitely make you feel like a king & Queen while on the property. We saw a couple of celebs too! Highly recommend the Ritz Amelia Island!
We came to the Ritz for Mother's Day weekend and had a great time. The spa was so nice and relaxing as there was plenty of things to do in between services such as lounge by the pool, sit in the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, read in the quiet room. The resort itself was beautiful and well kept and the restaurants were great. All of the staff was so friendly and made the weekend extra special.
