The sushi, sashimi, and rolls are fantastic. Just great, great fish. The service this night was unfortunately badly lacking, leaving the sushi chef down a bit. Still best fish in Amherst.
The space is spacious, clean and the food is delicious, a place to visit at least once.

Big shrimps in the large Tempura dish, Sushi platter was amazing for the legit nigiri selection! Many maki rolls were covered in sauce, which seems to be a popular thing in US and Canada... Most people love it for the strong flavors, but I would recommend to not choose that type if you like fresh
Really nice and tiny place to eat Asian food. Not only sushi style, but also different types of food is baken here. The environment is nice and whole youngsters are around. Kind and respectful staff make this place better. Of course not like in Japan but kinda make you feel in there :)

Unexpectedly beautiful sushi done the traditional way with Wasabi on the rice under the fish and I didn't have to ask.
There are only a few great places like this left unfortunately I was in a rush a didn't let the chief know and did him a great dishonor.

I am from NYC so I had low expectations for western Mass sushi, but the fish was very good esp for the very affordable price. Service was friendly and efficient. I will go back.
The Box options (Box A in the pic) offer a good intro to the available choices. The tempura shrimp and the California roll go great with the spicy mayo sauce, if spice is preferred, or the tempura sauce, if sweet is preferred.
Nice Japanese food with many vegetarian options too!
