i was not prepared but the barista was friendly patient and understanding, I ask for large coffee and the barista asked me if wanted hot or cold and I froze because I didn't have an answer I didn't know what I wanted, but she was great and made me feel less embarrassed and dumb then i actually was,

loved my visit, my order was done correctly, and the people were very nice.👍👍

I was at the University Drive Dunkin the other day and they were very short staffed. Only 2 girls working when I usually see at least 4 staff on. They had a long line of drive thru customers and walk ins like me. The girls remained super friendly and kept their cool. Kudos to them but not the best
