Had a barista who initially acted as tho they didnt want to take our order, I believe it was near closing as they were cleaning machines when we went to the counter. I believe they realised their attitude and changed it before we left. Not the first time barista's have been rude at this Starbucks.

They make the worse drinks here, and then argue and say this is how they are supposed to be. I go to Starbucks all the time and not just in Ohio never tasted such gross drinks as here. Target Starbucks baristas need to be retrained and learn basic customer service skills.

Rude. Never been there before cause not a big coffee person wanted to see what they had to offer everything was sold out and talked to co worker about you while your standing there And asked her what I could get for $3 she Stated she couldn’t help me. I don’t think I’ll be accepting to have another
