She didn't ask how I wanted my latte. Then I noticed that it had been placed as iced. So, I had to let them know that it was supposed to be hot. The service was OK. Not typically what you expect at a Starbucks though. $7 for a drink. I like to feel welcomed.

Not the best service. Ordered an Iced Grande Carmel Macchiato with half the syrup and whole milk. My coffee had no Carmel and tasted like straight milk and espresso. Also to note: they never announced your name for the drink just the drinks title which caused a lot of confusion.
