Phenomenal brisket. Smoke is great, sauces are perfect. My only tiny, tiny gripe is that they have Pepsi instead of Coke! I'll for sure be back again. Sides were decent, but the meat is the showcase.
A great little hole in the wall with excellent food. The ribs were very tender and the pulled pork and sliced brisket had a great smokey flavor. The crust on the brisket was delicious as well. I had the collared greens and Mac and cheese for my sides and they got the spot. No complaints about this p

First of all I have to say I ordered a catering order for a party only a day ahead of the event and Smokehaus came through… and then some! The food was INCREDIBLE. The pulled pork was amazing without sauce, add the home made sauce and WOW! The Cole slaw was a perfect addition to the pulled pork.

The ribs were just good, could of been smoked until they fall of the bone, little to tuff...brisket was offered lean or fatty...the lean was very good..
