Ate at 13 Moons last night. Came in 15 mins before closing. The staff did not mind seating us and the bartender and kitchen staff were gracious enough to serve us. We both ordered the Kobe burgers that were the best burgers we’ve ever had. Perfect flavor combinations! GREAT service from the restaurant staff. We will definitely be back!

I was impressed from the moment I walked up the stairs to the hostess stand! There is outdoor seating with heat lamps and a beautiful and large fireplace. There is a beautiful view of Mt Baker from the window seats and the outdoor seating! We were very well taken care of! The food was delicious and I wish we would've known about this place 2 yrs ago when we moved to Oak Harbor! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary! Highly recommend this place!

We had the Ribeye steaks. They were cooked to perfection... exactly as we had ordered them! The best we've had in awhile. The Demi-Glace was on the salty side but the flavor of our steak was great. We will definitely return AND get another Ribeye!! Service was spot on, anticipating what we wanted and enhancing our dining experience.

We had a 50th Birthday party there on Monday evening. The first impression was great!! The later Impression was even greater!! 11 of us were seated outside on the patio. It was beautiful, the waitress Was fun and did a great job for us. The food was Excellent!! Crab cocktails and scallop appetizers We're both yummy! Entrees were so good! Will recommend 13 Moons to all our friends!! R and L

Got the dungess crab cake appetizer, kobe beef burger and and crab and parmesan encrusted halibut. Everything was amazing and delicious. Definitely a hidden date night gem, must check out! View is great also.

Everything was magnificent! My steak melted in my mouth, my husbands seafood linguine and our scallop appetizer were to die for. It was our first visit and we will definitely be back....we felt spoiled!

The food was excellent! We started it off with their scallops with this wonderful sauce and nuts, it was to die for. My husband ordered the pork chop and I think it was the thickest one I have seen. They cooked it perfect, it was delicious. I ordered the chicken fetachinni and it was also very good. We will definitely be back

Best pork chop I have ever had. My husband had the halibut which was to die for. Service was excellant. Waitress kept coming by to check on us and to make sure we were happy. Always satisfied.

We visited 13 Moons to celebrate our anniversary. The weather allowed for us to spend most of our evening on the patio which looks out over Padilla Bay. We started with Crab Cakes and Apple Slaw. The crab cakes were light on the inside and crispy on the outside. They were packed with flavor. For the main we ordered Shrimp Scampi and Prime Rib. These dishes were everything they were supposed to be - delicious. We finished with the richest double chocolate brownie cake with rich chocolate ganache and vanilla bean ice cream. So. Fantastic. The service was top notch. The ambience is quiet and lovely.

We had an anniversary dinner here and had a great time. The tenderloin was perfectly cooked as was the prime rib. Everything tasted great. The wine was excellent and the service was perfect, assuring we didn't need anything but allowing us time to talk. We will come again.

Food quality was very good with excellent taste. Service was super good and fast. One thing negative is the drinks and the issue is they put way to much ice. However I will recommend the place for special occasion

Their crab cakes are some of the best around. Never had a bad experience coming here. Reservations are required here, so make sure to book yours in advance.

We have visited several times and enjoyed each visit. We've had the same waitress for our last 3 visits and we like her a lot. I wish i could remember her name. We have yet to sit out on the patio since it's hard to predict the weather, but we'll keep trying. Reservations are required. The food has always been delicious, the staff has been friendly and the location is beautiful. Love this place. Wish I had taken pictures of the food, but my hunger always beats out any photo opportunities. My boyfriend loves their filet mignon and I typically get some form of seafood.

NY steak was good. Scallop plate for $56 was sloppy in presentation and the rice pilaf was just okay. Scallop was good. And dare I say, although the desserts were beautifully done, it was a little too rich and sweet for us. Service was good. Ambiance was open and bright. There aren’t many options for fine dining in this area so I can appreciate the restaurant for what it is.

Great restaurant! We had a fantastic dinner with a great view (window table). Our starters were very tasty and main course also delicious. It was our 12,5 year anniversary and the staff gave us a lovely hand signed card and a dessert on the house. The chocolate cake was lovely. Would definitely recommend this restaurant,

Wow, I didn't think there were restaurants like this in this semi rural Skagit county... So fancy, with overly polite wait staff and cloth napkins!! The food is also unique and creative. It is best to go during good weather and get a table outside, even better near the edge of the one-story patio... the view is the other reason for the high price; Mount Baker and surrounding waterways and land. La-de-da. ...Entirely worth it. My only thing that raised my eyebrows with surprise was the front desk person ask in a stuck-up snobbish voice if we had reservations, and then stepping away to 'check to see if there was an opening', in a restaurant that was obviously over half empty.

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had such wonderful and friendly hostess and waitress. The food were amazing and I wish I had space to eat more! We had the Dungeness crab cakes, grilled jumbo shrimps, seared scallops, bone-in ribeye, and espresso creme brulee. The crab cakes had a lot of crabs which is awesome and the char on the shrimp is just right! The scallops were seared perfectly and the ribeye was cooked perfectly (medium rare) as well. The espresso creme brulee was so unique and delicious, it got us thinking how it was made. By the end of our visit, we got a card from the staff who wished us a Happy Anniversary. How nice! We'll be back again.

Just wow! Entering the 40th year of my life and this restaurant was the best food, wait staff, environment, drink, and overall dining experience of my life. Hands down. Susie, my server, was seriously the most on point, most attentive, professional server ever with a great laugh and sense of humor. We felt like royalty. The wine was chilled to perfection. The seafood and steak -- just perfect. Sides perfect. None of the food weighed you down or felt too rich. But be prepared for complex flavors and phenomenal texture and decorum. WORTH THE PRICE. Live a little! And thank you 13 moons for making this awesome experience available to all those who indulge in it.
