Was delicious… only the best place to get fries and ice cream. That Johnson Flute is so attentive and on point. Very apologetic and prompt with a nice welcoming smile. Now the manager is something else…smh, why the 4 stars!
The food was fine.
However thearea wasn't clean. That's why I gave it a 3. Where you get your straws,napkins, etc...wasn't clean a at all and some of the seats and tables were not cleaned like they should be.
We always love to go here and get ice cream but I was upset cause they told me that German chocolate is only seasonal, I never heard that before and that they won't have any until the fall.
Don't tell anyone. But I would rather eat at Braum's than any other place in Anadarko. The staff is very friendly and the food is always hot and the service is great. Will be back. Thank you, Customer from Cyril, OK
Braum's doesn't get as much notoriety as other 'chain'' restaurants. It should be used as an example of 'what to do right ' !! Their prices are fair. Their establishments are clean- including restrooms. Their staff is patient and kind to ALL customers (that we have observed in different US states).
Worst meal ever... Meal was soggy fries were cooked in old oil. Bad meal all together. First time this happened and mgr didn't really care . I got my money back. I told him your oil needs to be replaced and all he said is oh. I don't think he even cares about the good braums rep. All tables dirty
Super slow waited 3rd in line for 10min waiting for two ice creams mom went and both were melted and had to be remade note they were four ppl working window area were not understaffed
They have a nice selection of food in there grocery department. The new building is alot better, but I think they could have given the dining room some more space. I go here regularly and the dining room seems to be messy alot.
