We went very last minute with a 3 year old. It was very cold and raining off and on. The only seating available within the next hour was an outside table. The staff brought over extra umbrellas and made sure to be very, very quick with our food, drink refills etc.
It was pricey for us but I can tell you this is 100% the top restaurant we went to in downtown Disney, California Adventure, or Disneyland. I would always suggest this to anyone asking where to eat. Their food was so delicious. My 3 year old cleared his plate, and my husband and I both agreed we had the best pasta imaginable.
I am hoping we will be able to dine there for my 30th while visiting in a couple months.
The service is friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and on top of it. Prepare for a lengthy dining experience as Naples provides a relaxing culinary oasis in the middle of hectic Disney hyperactivity. From the moment your drinks are served to the final check you will be pampered by attentive service, fantastic appetizers and free bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. Then your meal arrives....a delectable Delight of flavors. The attentive service continues and your glass will never run low. If only the offered a post-meal 10 minute napping pod....perfection would be obtained! Ha ha. Naples is our Disney go-to every time and we’ve never been disappointed.
They gave my kids real
Pizza dough to play with!! Smart idea!!Food was awesome..sangria excellent.... our server was amazing....very pricey tho.... but when your getting the whole package ( food, drink and ambience) it was worth it!!
Came here yesterday for dinner with my fiance. The interior is really cool, I like the mosaic fire. The service is really good too, Corey was excellent and was honest with his recommendations, which is always appreciated. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The flavor is wonderful and the texture of the crust is perfect. We really enjoyed this and were glad we stopped here for dinner.
I’ve only been here a handful of time but I must say the pizza is good. I really love the mini pepperoni slices that they use. Me and my wife usually get pasta plates and a personal pizza for use to share and we usually get full with that. The environment is ok, since it’s in downtown Disney it is very packed anywhere you go so be aware of that Naples is the same especially if you go during the weekend ( that’s why I’m giving environment 3 stars). But overall highly recommend if you are in downtown Disney after a long day at the parks.
It was our first night at Grand Californian Hotel. This restaurant in downtown Disney was literally right across from the hotel. We were welcomed by our server Brandon. He greeted us with warm smiles and recommendations. Our 5 yr old twins are picky eaters so Naples Ristorante E’s super kid-friendly kids’ menu was perfect. They ordered Mac and cheese, along with their refreshing strawberry lemonade. My husband ordered the truffle pizza, while I ordered the eggplant parm with spaghetti. The white pizza along with the red sauce on my plate were a great contrast in flavors. They definitely balanced each other out. The red wine recommended with the parm was smooth and crisp. Brandon checked on us often, and filled our water cups when needed. We highly recommend this restaurant for families. There’s also a nice bar I would have totally checked out if I was there, sans kids!
We came in last night (Sept 26, dinner time) after a long day at Disneyland, and we were exhausted and ready to eat! Juan B. gave us a 10/10 experience at Naples. He was quick to bring us (a party of 7! including 4 kids) iced waters and immediate refills, due to how thirsty we were. He continued being exceptional with putting our orders in promptly and without any issues. The food was all delicious (especially the burrata, a pleasant surprise) and Juan B. also brought out an ice cream sundae for our 7 year old birthday boy, and he was so thrilled. The ambiance inside the restaurant is brightly lit and it has a cozy feel. The restrooms are upstairs (you can take the stairs or elevator) and it’s beautiful up there! Thank you for a great experience! We will be back!
The pizza is surprisingly good (even compared to my NY pizza standards)! Service was good. Atmosphere was ok/could be better. I wish they were more generous with their toppings for the pizza. I would have liked more onions on my pizza, meanwhile the kids pizza was loaded with pepperoni. My wife and friend enjoyed the spinach salad and the Italian chopped salad.
Kelsey was awesome getting us a table quickly and with a smile. Corey was the best waiter, great energy and enthusiasm. Giovanni was a manager who came by to greet us so nicely. Pepp pizza was delish! Fun atmosphere outside on the patio. Tons of helpful staff.
Big fan of this restaurant, tend to come here often when I visit from FL. Food came out fast and was sat quickly (we got there right before a rush of ppl, lucky us!).
Food was great! Salad was spilt amongst 2 people and 3 people for the pizza. Had about 3 slices left to take home! Typically get the same pizza every time I come here, the pepperoni is fantastic.
Love how they have a separate area for quick mini pizzas
Corey was the best server I’ve had at Naples. Gave amazing food recommendations and made us smile after a long day at the parks! Can’t wait to be back! The margarita pizza was amazing!
Only day at the bar, but tons of seating. Great atmosphere, lots of people watching and right in the heart of downtown Disney, amazing drinks, pricey, but it’s also where you’re at, extremely friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend and will return. We had a large group and it got pretty busy but still happy. Very clean as well.
Picante Pizza: great. Couldn't find a spot of dryness in their dough. Very savory and flavorful. Definitely very spicy on average american scale though. (7 maybe)
Staff were extremely kind, and try the 2nd floor seating. Loved what they did with the lightings. Would visit again
Naples is an amazing restaurant. My favorite place to have lunch or dinner while visiting tge Disneyland Resort. The food is amazing. The outside patio dining area atmosphere is very enjoyable and the service is top notch. This restaurant not at all like eating at an amusement . It is really that good
I saw great reviews and some folks talked about this place so I wanted to bring a party here. We originally had 8 but the party increased to 15 so we were seated outside. It was really hot and we were told the fans were broken. But eventually halfway through one of the managers came out and was able to turn the fans on for us thankfully.
The food was really good- fresh pasta. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and fried someone’s order of salmon. We also ordered drinks and were too full for dessert!
If it wasn’t for the sun shining directly on us and it being so hot, the experience would have been more enjoyable but the food was great and Anthony helped to accommodate us since it was such a big party.
This is one of my favorite restaurants and a must if you’re going to Disneyland! The food is amazing and the service is always one of the reasons why we always come back. Thank you to Corey for serving us this week and making our night celebrating my birthday / graduation very special! We can’t wait to go back again and look forward to the food and drinks for our next visit!!
Walked straight in on a Saturday afternoon.
Pizza was delicious 9/10
Service was alright, you really have to ask for everything all at once otherwise good luck getting your servers attention.
Drinks (mule flight) is waaaay too small. It's more of a free sample size at Costco.
Seating is really tight. You could reach over to the next table.
That being said... I'll go back.
There's something here on the menu for the whole family to enjoy. We decided to sit at the bar instead of waiting on a table. I will say, the lighted bar in the evening in the open air just had a special ambiance. The hustle of downtown Disneyland passing by and even hearing fireworks from the park from here really let me know I was on vacation. The bartender made me a really delicious chocolate martini. The food was just as delicious. All the staff here were friendly and helpful. We did request a little more basil for our caprese salads, but the server obliged with no problem. It was enough to share, but it was so good that we each had our own plate. My salmon was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. I was told the chicken parmasean was also well prepared. It's expensive here but good-sized portions.
Pepperoni pizza was absolutely phenomenal! Also ordered a 20 inch Pollo pizza that was just ok. Several drinks were ordered which were not strong at all, and not very tasty.
Juan B was the best server I have ever had at any restaurant. Food came out within 10 minutes. Food was fresh and extremely good. Juan kept coming back and checking on us every few minutes. Always. Had our drinks filled.
Naples Ristorante offers a nice dining experience for both kids and adults. The restaurant provides both indoor and outdoor seating options, and it's convenient location within walking distance from the park adds to its appeal.
The day the stopped by they just opened and there was no wait to be seated. The food arrived in average time and was enjoyable.
Our experience at Naples Ristorante was positive, and we would definitely consider dining here again.
