I found out about this place thru Instagram and started following them. I went to Disneyland this past week-end and noticed that there was a Jimboy's Tacos right by my hotel. I made a mental note to go there before I got on the freeway to go home. Jimboy's Tacos did not disappoint!! They are famous for their Jimboy Taco and now I know why. A must if you are a foodie and taco fan. I also bought their Taquito Burrito which comes with a side of their queso. It was delicious!! And their queso is so good!!

Great place if you're in the mood for super Americanized Mexican food. The tacos were interesting. Not terrible, I can see why so many people like this place, however, since I grew up here in So.Cal, I'm more of a Taco purist. They were folded like a crunchy taco, but not crunchy. They come with ground beef and are dusted with parmesan which tasted good but still kinda strikes me as odd. Their salsa, though not very spicy, is good in a unique way. It's more like a sauce though. Their taquitos, again were very tasty, I actually liked them better than the tacos, but still seemed very American smothered in "queso" or nacho cheese. Fortunately they are rounded out by sour cream, decent guacamole and some diced tomatoes. When I first received my food I wasn't impressed, but it all tasted good and the more I think about it, if I was near a Jimboy's, I'd probably stop in again. Service was super friendly and my food, which was delivered directly to my table came out quickly. There was a crowd of people in line by the time I left. There was even a lady with a dog in a taco outfit!

The tacos here are the best and that's saying a lot because they are all American taco's I grew up on these aside from getting pricier and smaller they still are the best

Just like visiting home in northern California. Out door seating only and parking is tough. Can't wait for another location to open up

Freakin' AWESOME! Fresh, delicious and made-to-order - plus, the parmesan-dusted taco shells make the flavor explode in your mouth! The manager, Sandra; was very knowledgeable and engaging - you can tell she truly loves working for Jimboy's!

Got the 6 pack with ground beef. Definitely an "American" taco but loved it. All salsas are good too. Was told there was going to be one opening in Huntington Beach soon. I'll definitely be going often.

I grew up with this place, it is so good. Greasy and delicious especially if you get it gypsy style.

Good food...unfortunately if you go close to when they open none of the "secret menu items" are available so that was a downer.

This place was exceptional! We tried the veggie burrito (fully loaded), the ground beef tacos, and the chips and cheese dip. We really enjoyed the food, especially for the value considering we were getting what we felt was subpar food in the Disney parks. The staff were super friendly and courteous. This place is definitely worth checking out!! We look forward to coming back in the future.

Oh man this place was super tasty and a much needed meal after a full day at Disneyland. The counter service was excellent and the guy working the register was the first all day to say anything about our buttons/pins that we got at Disneyland celebrating our honeymoon. It was nice and he gave us a small discount on our meal. The tacos are delicious and the shells have a light dusting of Parmesan cheese which was a great touch on “gringo” tacos (IMO). The nachos were equally delicious...especially whatever nacho cheese sauce they use. It’s not nasty Velveeta (which yes, does have its place). I would definitely eat here again and it was right next to our hotel (Grand Legacy at the Park). The only seating is outside and with the temps being on the cooler side we took the food to go, but on a nice evening or a warm day it would be a great spot for outdoor eating.

Tasty and quick, but parking isn't always great. We had to park in the hotel parking in the back, which is likely not allowed.

One of the best places to grab a quick bite on our way back to our hotel after a long day at Disney. They recently took away the shredded beef for the tacos (only reason for 4 stars instead of 5) and it was seriously the best thing they had, in my opinion. The young girl who was ringing us up was super nice and helpful, and thanks to her I found my new favorite on the menu, the steak nachos (she let us try the queso and chips for free after the inconvenience of not having the shredded beef anymore) and I can't get enough!! SO yummy! Service is always great, and the food matches the quality of that.

I enjoyed the meal I had at Jimboy's. The food was delicious. And the specialty taco was unlike any other taco I have ever had. I did think that calling the tacos "street tacos" was unfair. The quality was right there. But there was a huge disparity in price. Thus the 4 stars. Taking into account how expensive everything is in that general area, I still believe that cheaper prices will only occur if someone starts it.
