We went during busy lunch time. Seating was timely and the waitress we had was super good. Ordered hamburger cooked perfect and was hot. Husband ordered omelet hash brns and it was hot and almost burning his tongue...just the way your order should be. This was restaurant on la Palma Anaheim/Fullerton. We used to go to Huntington beach but it was going downhill the last 3 times...because of slow service cold food.

We went during the pick hour. But the staff remain cool and friendly. The food was really good, specially the onion rings. We also got their stake comb and the price was reasonable and the food is good. The woman’s bathroom was very dirty.
For a Norm. This is surprisingly pleasant experience. Food is very decent for a chain diner. Service is very good. Better than some of the "higher end" restaurant. Ana, our server is very nice and care. Checked in with us twice and one more time before she go on break. She noticed we needed a box and bring us a box without asking. Not expecting that from a Norm! Food portion is very reasonable. Pictured a kids meal burger. We actually ordered their house burger too and looks and tasted very good.
We came on a Thursday night around 6. Not too crowded. Definitely will be back again.
It was my first time going there, and I had a hearty breakfast. The unlimited refills on drinks were great and the food was delicious. The French toast I received for $3 extra is enough to make me want to eat it every day. The potatoes were also shredded, so the potato taste was fun. It was the best morning ever.

Waverly is a great server! They finally got Iceberg lettuce back, spring mix was yuck! Steak dinner was great! Anaheim location.
The last time I was at Norms it was with my ex's mom, I invited her to have brunch with me as I knew she liked this place. In the photo I am sharing I will not have her face show as a respect to her.
The place has big parking lot, plenty of parking.
The service was excellent, from the host to the server. Our server was super friendly and attentive with us through out our brunch.
Food was delicious I had not been there in a while but it was definitely nice to eat there again. Her plate was very big in portion that it surprised both of us as we were expecting something more on the average serving size lol but I had a small piece of her fish and it was perfectly seasoned. It did not need anything else added on top. My steak was medium rare and it was juicy and tender. I did not need to put a fight with it when taking a bite lol. I will definitely be going back soon. Overall it was a very nice day that day and it was a fun conversation we had.
Consistently good. The servers are very experienced and can get you in and out quickly. The food is decent and the price is good. We've been there probably 50 times and the only issue we've had was one time that the kitchen was a little slow, but everyone has an off day once in a while.
On weekends the people waiting seems like a lot but like I said, the servers can turnover tables pretty quickly so it's actually pretty quick. I'd recommend their app, you get $10 you can use just like cash for every 100 you spend.
stopped in this morning at 0430 for breakfast, had a large parking lot and was very slow.
Good was top notch, the omelette was very tasty with all ingredients tasting like they were just picked.
the french toast was absolutely perfectly fried, not a single spot brown, and the syrup reminds me of cracker barrells.

We were seated right away. It was very busy but they got to us pretty quick. Food was good and good customer service. Totally forgot to take pictures. I had the eggs and bacon and my husband had an omelette. All good.
So much good, hearty food for a great price! Their dinners come with soup AND salad, not either or! Plates are large enough to feed two people. Our servers were fantastic! Alfredo was friendly, kind, and efficient. The food was delicious!
This NORMS location is so busy! And for good reason too! The service is quick and efficient. They are extremely friendly and check up on you many times despite being busy. As for the food, my girlfriend absolutely loves the country fried steak. And I got a special ham and eggs for only $9.99! This place beats Denny's any day!
This location is way better than Santa ana and long Beach the waitress was very very nice constantly checking our table despite the fact that the restaurant was packed with not distancing between, each other. Food was very good I ordered chilaquiles verdes not spicy at all dry for my taste but good, the chorizo burrito was good size no too much flavor but is Norms not a Mexican restaurant so it was decent.
A table for 3, all meals good. Mostly meat. Had a steak plate, loved the crispy char on a well done steak. Had fries and carrots, since that's all they had that day. Cut everything up and had it all as finger food.
Before that was a salad, and the soup of the day was gumbo. Good stuff. Salad had a bit too much ranch.
Split a platter and took leftovers for lunch.
Filling and meaty, if a bit unhealthy and oily.
