Came down from Northern California this place is delicious, i wish we had halal Chinese up here. Staff here is so kind too. i can’t wait to come back here !
They were busy because the food is fantastic, but a 15 minute wait. Great servers. Lots of big groups. Ambience in lobby is beautiful, but the dining room isn't the most appealing by OC dining standards, but feels like a community hot spot. Lots of parking. No pork dishes. Best onion bread!!
The restaurant is great for accommodating large families/groups. A variety of dishes on the menu are available. Great option, if you enjoy sharing dishes. Sometimes crowded and there is a wait time**Check their schedule, Sundays open at 4:30pm.
Despite the recent negative reviews, I will give them thumbs up! I visit every now and then so, I can not really compare old vs now. However, when we were there on Saturday, we enjoyed our dinner. Portions are really big and this restaurant is not that pricey. We ordered vegetable chow mein, orange
Still good but not great. Haven't been to this location for years. It used to be great but I think their other locations are better now. Only reason I come to this one is for the thick sesame bread and the red bean bread. Other than that, nomads and the mas in Laguna is better. Prices here are
Hidden gym. Needle in the haystack. Diamond in the rough, etc. Fast service. Clean restaurant. Clean bathroom. Friendly waitresses. Calm atmosphere. Also they box your food for you at the end!
A must in Fullerton. A must for any Chinese food lover as this was probably the best, so far, that ice had the pleasure of eating. Their plan fried noodles weren't soggy from the sauce/gravy, the roast duck was perfectly rendered with crispy skin,... just go.
The jellyfish is crunchy and a nice addition to traditional Chinese dishes- we had the house special fried rice, walnut shrimp, house special wonton soup, table length bread which seems to be the most popular choice; sizzling beef dish, chicken w/ veggies and lots of tea to wash it all down. This place has the best authentic Chinese food in OC. They are always very busy and the staff is constantly on the run attending to everyone.
Excellent Chinese Halal food , ample seating arrangement and available parking spots. Be advised that this place gets very crowded in the evenings, therefore, don’t be surprised if you are asked to wait in excess of half an hour.
We arrive at doors opening 5pm Saturday night. We where quickly seated. The smell of garlic and chilis in the air as we walk to our table and grab out seats. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and courteous. Food at Ma's always fresh and tasty. Portions are family size and good for sharing.
Family style halal Chinese food. I absolutely love their three flavor curry fried rice, orange beef, three flavor rice soup, and sesame thin bread.
The food was really good, although the waiting time could be quite a bit long in the weekend. But it's worth it for the food and the quality. The onion pancake was great, the beef and lamb meat was tender, and the vegetables also fresh. The atmosphere also pleasant to have conversations, no loud mus
Ma’s Islamic is the best authentic Chinese food in Southern California. They have the most friendly staff all smiling . The best sweet and sour chicken, the best Chicken corn soup. Do not forget to order the fried bread called Paratha. Delicious awesome impressive.
Been coming here for years now...and still the quality is the same....ordered chicken soup, rolls, orange chicken , chowmein, and some fried rice...yummy!!!!!
We love to go there to eat. We drive a long distance to enjoy their food but unfortunately their quality of food isn’t consistent. This time we took a big group of people and spent $600 on the food but the food was not good.
It is my third weekend lunch in a row since I found this restaurant! Service fast! Food is the best! The waitress are nice and friendly! Islamic style building and decorations make it fantastic! Quite and clean environment make it different than other Chinese restaurants! I just can’t stop eating! L
Amazing halal food. Really hit the spot with the tastes. Portions were huge. Would 100% go back if I ever return to the area.
I've been boycotting dining at Ma's Islamic Chinese restaurant for about 5-6 years now simply for the fact that the last time I was here the experience was, let's just say, not up to par. Either they've changed the staff and management or there was a major overhaul of the service training. Ma's st
