Club motif meets industrial aesthetic. The interior has mood lighting for dinnertime. You can see the type of lighting from the pictures in this review. It's kinda cool and different, a bit hard to see menu and food. There's a bar at the front of the restaurant and tvs playing sports and music videos. If you enjoy pork belly, I would definitely recommend the pork belly bites. I had the shrimp entree this time and didn't really care for it. The flavors didn't mix for me so I would pass on this. The rice and beans were good. I've been several times and would recommend the dirty fries and enchiladas. The dessert was good if you're in the mood to top off the meal. Plenty of parking in the lot.

We went here for a dinner. Thankfully I was with two other people that were willing to eat family style so that we could try more dishes as a part of our trip to Tempo Urban Kitchen. When we arrived there were plenty of tables available. We took a table out on the patio. We started with a unique sushi roll that featured lemon as a key element for the flavor profile. It was unique to anything I have had before and really represented the fusion style of this restaurant. We then had the cream cheese-stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon. These were spectacular and the cook on them was amazing. The bacon was well-cooked and added a crunch to each bite. We then shared their version of a tuna tower. The fusion element here is that the bottom layer is guacamole with amazing fresh tuna on top. They don't take reservations but we were able to get a table pretty easily right at 6:00. The wait staff was efficient, friendly, and worked together well as a team. We enjoyed our meal and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a flavor explosion of Asian and Mexican inspired dishes.

If you like an Instagram-friendly location and loud music. Then this place is for you! Tempo offers a great assortment of drinks and great presentations at your table. Be prepared to work with loud music. Cool place to spend an evening with friends. Parking is easy as it is in a big shopping center. I have the birra tacos which were very good. For drinks I had a old fashioned smoke which I had you recommend.

As far as everything goes I truly liked all the food! The only thing I have to say is that the beans and rice were a bit bland. But the birria tacos with added shrimp were really good! And so were the shrimp!

I was visiting Socal and my friend was literally kicking my butt to try this place. I was like Bro, I eat Mexican food from the grandma's who use fire and copper cauldrons in their car ports to make chicharones. This place better blow my mind!!! And it sure did. We went for happy hour and the happy hour menu was more than enough to satisfy a big guy like me. Fish tacos, pork belly bites, korean tacos, Berria tacos, asada tacos, fresh strawberry drinks and more. The asada dinner plate was the bomb. So don't take my word. I took pictures but even they don't do this place any justice. While I was shoving my tacos the server brought out sushi to this little girl sitting next to us and I asked how come no one ordered some sushi. It would have taken care of all of my cravings. All I can say is you have to go there..... Now!

First time to go there and definitely not the last time, I reserved a table and was there on time, waited for 5 minutes to be seated, the place was fully booked and crowded on a Tuesday night! We were greeted by our server and ordered drinks which took less than 10 minutes to be served, very good drinks, we ordered food and surprisingly took few minutes to be served, hot delicious and made to perfection, surf and turf tacos was on point and it tasted like no other, the place is so nice and the staff is friendly, restrooms are very clean and the ambiance and decoration is cool, there is an outdoor patio area that looked great but could not try it this time, definitely will visit again

Food was good and presentation was cool. Skip the flight and just order the margarita you want instead of the flight. Get full size and enjoy. Our waitress service was just ok, otherwise would give 5 stars.

Short rib Mole tacoa are a MUST have item. Same with the seafood rice. Love the food, drinks, and service here. Music is awesome... just a tad too loud.

Both the food and service was great! I went in not knowing what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. This small strip mall restaurant delivers the quality of a five star rated restaurant. The ambiance transports you to a fun and mysterious place that matches the cuisine. The only drawback I found is that it's kind of pricey, but the portions are ment to be shared, so make sure you bring a group with you. I recommend the Pork Belly Bites!

The drinks were awesome! The food was amazing! The servers were fun! Can't wait to come back, just a very loud atmosphere. Not complaining, just know my kids would not like it.

Had fish tacos and they were good but seems to be a la carte. Didn't feel it was worth the price. The interior is industrial and food is served on metal trays, lots of neon and dark. Apologize for the blurry pix. It does have a fun atmosphere and friendly staff.

This place was BUMPIN!!!! we came here after our day trip to Laguna Beach and wanted something lively yet inside because we were a little chilly. We were fortunate to get reservations last minute for a party of 6 and were seated inside. The music here was amazing (a little loud but when you finish the margarita flight, you groove right into it). The decoration and ambiance was great too - the service was fast and on point. We ordered a flight to share so everyone could try a flavour - I have to say I could definitely taste the alcohol! We skipped apps and went straight to the main because we wanted the Churro Cart for dessert. I opted for something light because of drinking all day and I was not disappointed with the tuna tartar (can't remember what it was called on the menu) I found the soya sauce to be a bit too much but the fusion with the avocado was just delicious. The Churro Cart was the right serving for all of us to share and loved that it came with three different flavours to try! All in all - a bookmark on my list to go back too the next time I am around.

Food and drinks were good, but we both experienced upset stomach’s that night into the next day.

Pretty good Mexican food at a reasonable price. The decor and ambience is hipster oriented with vibrant colors and graffiti art and the same is reflected on their menus and food. The food has great flavors that have obvious roots in classic Mexican tradition with a bit of a modern Cali-Mexican style.
