I've been meaning to try this place for a long time. I was not disappointed! Delicious. It's just the right size for lunch. I will be back.

Delicious and freshly made sandwiches. You know the sandwich is going to be good when there are cheese pulls! The meat was tender and flavorful. They use a pager system, providing you with a pager (buzzer) that alerts you when your order is ready for pickup. This system offers freedom to roam around instead of waiting in one spot. This location is on the second floor of Anaheim Packing District, a lively and fun spot. Note that the parking lot is relatively small, so it can be challenging to find parking.
We just ate a grilled cheese sandwich that we will forever remember! We had The Man Grilled Cheese! It comes on sourdough bread, sharp white cheddar, and wine cured salami. I definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a good grilled cheese sandwich! I pared it up with a Red Trolley Ale that I bought from The Chippy Fish and Grill that is also located in the Packing House.

The idea of a grilled cheese bar was a somewhat foreign concept for me. I have vaguely heard of something similar in the past but never quite had the opportunity to try one.
After looking over the menu I decided to try out their #10 The K-Melt. When I placed my order they also offered a free pickle and decided to add one as well.
As I waited for my grilled cheese I sat at the counter to the side of the restaurant where I could see them making the various orders they were receiving. They were pretty busy but very efficient in their process.
Eventually I got my grilled cheese and was not disappointed. The taste was unique and exceptional. I found myself theorougly enjoying the rich flavors that I had contemplated ordering another. At the time I felt like getting desert so I opted not to. Had I not I would have definitely tried a different menu item.
If you love grilled cheese, this is the spot for you.

Of all the places to eat in the Anaheim Packing District, I chose the Black Sheep GCB because I recently checked out another grilled cheese place in Miami, FL and I just wanted to see how they compared.
First of all, Black Sheep is located on the 2nd level to the right as soon as you walk in. They got a bunch of merch for purchase (e.g. camper coffee mugs, tee shirts, baseball caps, aprons) including a little grilled cheese keychain for $7 if you fancy those things.
Second of all, their menu consists of 9 items and a special, all averaging around $8. You can get a side of tomato soup or chips & drink for $3. I got the #6 which is the sharp cheddar & Swiss, while my husband tried their special, "The Hot Chick" which consists of habanero Jack cheese, caramelized onions and cilantro lemon-crema chicken. I wanted the tomato soup with my grilled cheese but they ran out...probably because it was close to closing too. Sad. But I did try their beer--Faygo Root Beer, that is! The grilled cheese was nice and toasty of the outside, melty and gooey on the inside. It was kinda plain though without that tomato soup so I guess I'll have to come back for that and try it with another type of grilled cheese. My husband liked his sandwich but it was a little too spicy for him.
Overall, we had a nice experience and the service was great. I didn't catch the name of the guy who took our order, but he was outgoing and friendly. Would definitely come back again!
One stop shop for any kind of grilled cheese you can think of. I got the garden goat with the tomato soup and it was DELICIOUS

Got the Bulgogi sandwich at Packing House and it was so good!! Pretty quick. Just have to find a spot to sit which just depends when you go and how many people are with you
I just finished eating the goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, and arugula pesto sandwich. It was very good, and had tons of flavor. It seems a little expensive to me, but the service was great, so I'm okay with that. I do want to come back and try a different one.
5 stars for the perfect grilled cheese and tomato soup. The service was dismal, but I can't taste the service.
