Just to correct a review I read today, the taco Tuesday specials do not include the shrimp or fish at $1.25. The shrimp is $4.49 and the fish taco was discounted to $3.15.
Love this place! We order for take out at least once a month and they never disappoint. The quality of the food is always great. They always pay attention to my instructions. The prices are reasonable especially with the portion of their food. We ordered 2 carne asada wet burritos and 2 tacos. They raised the prices for the burritos but I completely understand why and I support it.
Sublime taco atmosphere. Great Aguas,Watermelon, staple Fish tacos. Not for the loud mouthed. This place is chill,enough to chat with the owner, enjoy quaint Mexican art. I will bring my Mom here,again and then friends. Not your loud Mexican music or football joint. Keep it Sublime! Lots of parking, salsa bar.

Carne en su jugo was delicious. And so was the Carnitas burrito. I would have posted a picture but it was so good I ate it all and didn't have a chance to pos one lol
This place has really good Mexican food. I'm pretty picky when it comes to this cuisine, they did not let me down. The service is amazing as well. I would say they need to keep the restroom a little more clean, but everything else was great. Ample seating and all tables were clean.
Super delicious shrimp and fish tacos . A must try in Garden Grove . You will not be disappointed trust me ever sins my husband and I moved here we found this place and no other place in orange county has bomb fish and shrimp tacos honestly ! They have dine and takeout .

I usually go to the Garden Grove location, but didn't want to travel as far from where I live. I'm so glad I went to this location. I will definitely be returning.
We were greeted by Liz, who is so friendly and kind. We had so much fun conversing with her, Mike, and Benny while we ordered. We were treated like dear friends by everyone.
The food was amazing. The tea is some of the best tea I've ever had. The fish tacos are our favorite. They are obviously the best fish tacos anywhere.
I will definitely be coming back. I recommend everyone to come to this Los Cotijas. ❤️
Been about 15 years since I've been coming to both locations and I gotta tell you these fish tacos are FIRE!!!! On top of the amazing fish tacos, you're going to have the most amazing carne asada tacos and the caldo de res is freggin on point! Thank you for always being kind to me as I attempt to order and thanks with a practicing accent. I appreciate the loving food and acceptance through years of palate and diet changes. From keto to vegetarian, they covered all the lifestyles I went through! Thank you again!
Met some work friends and had a ball. They don't rush you to finish. We ate GREAT food and stayed about 3 hours! Great place great food, nice folks
Best fish tacos in the area. Crispy batter and very good portion sizes. 3 tacos is plenty of food for most people. Delicious and highly recommend if you're looking for fish tacos. Much better than Rubio's
This place is one of my favorites. Their fish taco is crispy and not to much creamy sauce. All the street tacos are good and cheap. Their food comes packaged well.

I read a few reviews about the torta and I must say I agree! The bread is such a nice texture, I had leftovers and toasted the bread next day and it was even better. My mom and grandma also had it and they really liked it too, and they’re hard to please.
My favorite taco was the carne asada because the meat was kind of crunchy too yumm (or maybe it was the random cartilage pieces that fell in).
The sopes is not my favorite so I won’t be getting that again. The dough was chewy and thick, not really the way I’d like it.
I forgot my physical credit card but thank goodness they take Apple pay.
