Inside is clean but VERY cold. Hobos often outside. Staff is great. Restroom no code and clean. Drive through is always fast. Love this location.
They were out of ingredients for one of our beverages.
Service is always a pleasure with friendly staff.

They were weird. But cool wired. Only 3 months left to live. Have to admit they always were cool
So, the drive thru if you can. It gets backed up at times, so look for parking. Don't be afraid of a random homeless person. Be a good person and treat them like you want to be treated.
Went in to get a slice of pumpkin and pepita loaf and an iced coffee. In previous visits I could sit back and relax while enjoying my food and drink. However, they have since removed all seating so you have to take your purchases to go. Since I usually frequent this place to relax for a few minutes after a workout before heading home, not having seating is a deal breaker for me so therefore I'll probably give my patronage to one of the other eateries where I can sit down and relax after my workout and go to those Starbucks that have seating when I'm in the mood for Starbucks.

I went in and ordered my fav. Grande hot half Cafe Americano with streamed soy. It took a good 7 mins because this location was so busy. I didn't stay because I was off to work and just stopped in quickly.
I’m a frequent customer there and they always a quick and friendly service. They always put a smile on my face whenever I come in. Hands the best Starbucks experience I ever received. 5 stars ⭐️
A special "thank you" to "Joe" who showed amazing customer service to me this morning as I came through the drive-thru and realized I forgot my purse after placing my order. I attempted to use Apple Pay with my phone but we couldn't get any of that to work either. I sincerely apologized and felt especially bad because I was holding up the line. Joe was amazing with his efforts, positive attitude, patience and kind words. My order was $22. Joe, graciously told me "No problem, I got you today" and although he was wearing his mask, I was able to see his smile as well. I promised to be back to settle my debt, however, Joe didn't seem too concerned. I came back about an hour later as promised, paid my debt, tipped Joe accordingly and thanked him again in person. It was refreshing and a great feeling to experience the trust, empathy and Christmas spirit that Joe showed. I am extremely grateful. You made my day!

This spot is one of my favorite Starbucks. They will make you drinks exactly ask you asked. Definitely not like the one on ball and state college who will try to offer you a substitute, not because they can't make but don't want. Love coming here and enjoy the friendly and professional stuff. Highly recommended.

Staff bought me breakfast my first time in for an ice water run, they have a small library for all, very kind & benevolent here. My favorite one, especially because of the sign posted in my photo, visible from the counter upon entering.
