Wasn't busy when I went. Food was nice and hot. Like scalding hot. I only got the mashed potatoes.

Since a year ago, I usually don't eat out a lot, due to bad costumer service of different places. Today was a great experience. The cashier lady made my day. She asked me how my day was going like she was my friend a d she was very concern about me being ok. I need it that. Thank you so much.
I love the $5 pollo bowls!! It seems you can't find a meal anywhere nowadays for 5 bucks or less, especially not anything of decent quality. But the bowls seem like fairly fresh ingredients, in particular the chicken, which i watched them grilling right before they made my food. It was delicious.
I love the pollo loco rewards. I recommend downloading it before you go. They always have something New to offer. You can find it online or sometimes in the store. As for right now there a good offer on a family pack..
I have reviewed Pollo Loco in the past in general. This time I will be more specific to this particular Pollo Loco and my experience there. Pollo Loco is one of those fast food places where, really, you can't go wrong, no matter what you order. Most of the food is much healthier too, at a fair price
