Really tasty burger, for sure the Big buffrord #1 with the seasoned fries. Just do the super size and downgrade the drink so i don't feel as guilty. The staff has always been nice and gets order out too quick this last time which got me thinking 🤔🤔 why it was so quick. I don't come here cause they seem to be in farther places to where I live which is probably a good thing.
The cashiers are entertaining late at night. One of the only places we can both eat for under 20$
amazed. i have came here twice at two different times one close to midnight and once at abt 8pm both times service was excellent, food was nice and fresh, and went in and out the drive through in abt 5 minutes both times despite being moderately busy. prices are awesome and truly great food.
Funnel cake fries are the BEST, I didn't know that they had them. The cheese berger was pretty darn good. Good flavor. And they have Mr Pibb. A BONUS. Not to mention the deserts.... too full, will have to try that next time.

2/3/20 = 5 star = i think they deserve it , costumer service totally change , Deshon make it happen . Change 4 to 5 star .
10/1/19 = 4 star = i add another star , coz i got good deal and they give me coupon but it's expired but she said they will still accept it .
2018 = 3 star = 4 star on the food and 1 star for the employee, I told to the lady peggy that less on ice , when i finish my large drink I see it still full of ice.
Place has excellent food. The place just got or just started serving ice cream for a dollar and $0.29. how can you beat that?
Yay yum rally burgers!!! I hadn't had one in a long time and it didn't dissapoint. My buns were soft and warm, my meat was juicy and my sauces were dripping!! The veggies were also firm and made the burger hold well. I really enjoyed putting this burger in my mouth, letting all my sensors take in all the excitment!!!
The fries were hot!!! Burning my mouth with pleasure the way French fries should be!!! I also had me some funnel fries. Paws for a Homer Simpson moment......
OmG were thy fkn good!!!! Wish I had me a rally burger near where I live I tell whew what!!!
Other than the homeless kinda hanging around the area, Rally's is definitely underated compared to other fast food restaurants... Food is delicious
Their Drinks are incredible. If you can dream up a nonalcoholic drink or a fancy dessert drink they have it. Yum !!!

The team tonight 5-8-23, did an awesome job the woman who looked to be running the show at about 7pm was killing it! They looked short staffed I could tell they were stressed, but they were super friendly even still.
Thier burgers are really good n fresh...worth every penny...try them
Chili dog was on point. Rally's fries are peppered goodness. Their deserts are revamped and definitely worth trying. Rally's stepping their game up.

I'm giving this place four stars because I love the food, but they lose a star for the poor customer service tonight.
First, I was ignored at the speaker where you order at the drive thru. I give them a pass on this because it could've been a technical malfunction even though it worked for the vehicle behind me. I drove up to the window and the person there looked like she didn't want to be there. I ordered a Big Burford combo and asked for the largest size fries possible.
Unless sizes have changed, I definitely did not receive the largest size. I may have even received a small. I don't know the other sizes because I always order the largest possible.
I also asked for a sweet tea with light ice. I think my drink was the opposite with all ice with just a little bit of tea.
I'm from the OC, but currently living and working in the Bay Area. We don't have Rally's there, so I look forward to Rally's whenever I get the chance to visit. Tonight was a disappointment.
I will continue to go back since I love the food and this was only the first mistake out of a lifetime of going there. It was also partially my fault since I didn't want to complain on the spot. The person didn't look like she wanted to deal with customers and the person behind me had been patient, so I chose the decision to leave rather than escalate the situation. I suppose writing this was my way to get it off my chest.
Anyway, again, this place is wonderful and I will continue to go back when I'm in town. This was just a small issue out of a lifetime of good service.
Similar to other fast food chains like Carl’s Jr and Burger King. Convenient drive through spot.
