Wonderful place to take cooking and baking classes at UAA. Fun professors and excellent classes. Culinary classes are offered for both culinary and non-culinary students. I would highly recommend the experience if you want to expand your skills in cake decorating, baking, or cooking world cuisine.
The staff/students are great! The filet mignon was fantastic! The broccolini was maybe fried instead of steamed but the potatoes were just right. The duck confi steamed buns were delicious and the salad was oh so tasty😋

Food is good, constant menu but have seasonal items depending on the semester at specific time. It can get pretty expensive if eating there daily. A typical meal with a drink and entree can be $7-16 depending on what you get.

Cuddy Hall was great. I started attending Thursday night bible study by Chi Alpha. It has been a true blessing and a welcome break in the week to come together with others in God's word.
