Horrible service. We were one of the first to be served. Waited an hour to get our meals. Skimpy on fries! BOTTOMLESS??? Never got service on any of our bottomless dishes. Waited forever just to get our check to pay. Nothing like any red robin I've been to out of Alaska.
This particular location had serious staffing issues. There was only a few people trying to take care of all of the customers. Our particular server did an excellent job, even though obviously under a lot of pressure, was still friendly and helpful. The food was okay but nothing really special.
Good burgers, onion rings and gooey chocolate brownie. Snowy drive to diamond. Picked it up. On time. Staff was friendly but overworked. Yet, managed. Shout out to them. Tip them. They deserve IT!
Perfect place to get a quick bite for lunch. Server was extremely attentive, food was relatively quick for a 4 top. Table device helped expedite a contact less payment option.
It took 15 minutes just for someone to greet our table and an hour to get our food. The Dimond location that we went to was extremely under staffed. The waiter even brought the mac and cheese out in microwavable bag that he cut open and poured into the bowls at the table.
